Last season on “Black Ink Crew Chicago,” Ryan and Kat had plenty of drama.
Kat claimed to others that she and Ryan had been intimate despite him getting back together with Rachel.
During a group trip, she revealed this information to Rachel, and Rachel ended up exploding on a producer as a result.
Ryan later claimed Kat wasn’t telling the truth, but Charmaine and Van weren’t buying this.
By the end of the season, Ryan told Kat she could no longer work at 9Mag.
So it’s no surprise that she won’t be returning for season four.

Ryan posted the photo to his Instagram page, and was called out for Kat’s departure. He clapped back and revealed Kat actually decided to leave the show:
Kat isn’t the only one missing. But Ryan did confirm Junior is still on the show while it’s unclear if Cobra is returning.
Season four of “Black Ink Crew Chicago” premieres Wednesday, May 30th at 8/7c.

Eww why is Van still on the show?
I expect Chicago to have a better season than New York because Don’s cheating on Ashley again, Van and Jenn are fighting with Ryan and Rachel. Then you got Phor getting arrested recently. The only interesting thing about New York this season was Genesis and this Moe situation. Everything else was blah and seemed fake.
The only Black Ink that matters anymore.
