Phor makes his trip to LA.

He’s excited to be working on new music but he knows he will miss Chicago. He decided to bring Ryan along.

Ryan encouraged him to make the trip for his career, so Phor decided to ask him make the trip with him.

In the car, Phor jokingly asks Ryan if he’s going to hit up Kat since she’s out there now. Ryan says he’s no fool and wants no problems with Rachel.

There’s no beef on Ryan’s end but he knows he had to cut Kat off for his relationship with Rachel.

Phor arrives at London On Da Track’s home and he is introduced to the producer’s team.

He says it took him a while to come out to LA because he had some personal business he had to tend to.

Ryan, Phor, London and his team all toast to Phor’s time in LA.

Immediately London asks Phor to perform at a big show in Jamaica. He gladly accepts.

“You put in what you get out.” – London

They dap to it.

“I’m booking my ticket.” – Ryan

“We’re going.” – Phor

There’s trouble brewing for Ryan.

The article touches on Ryan damaging the shop and allegedly shooting up the walls. The publication claims cops are investigating the situation.

In a green screen interview, Charmaine says that no one in the group called the cops.

Van says Ryan was most likely caught because of the security cameras.

The article cites a quote Charmaine made to another media outlet in which she claims Ryan was the one who shot up the shop. So knows Ryan is going to think she snitched.

With it being an open investigation, they are not sure how things will play out for Ryan.

But Lily has no sympathy and says Ryan should have thought twice before he committed to damaging the shop.

Ryan does a pop up shop at a friend’s store.

He’s going to do some tattoos for clients based in LA.

Melyssa Ford comes through.

So does actor Kris Lofton.

In a green screen interview, Ryan says that this is all proof that 9 Mag is not dead.

Kris asks Ryan about the Chicago Tribune article. Ryan says that Charmaine was shady to make the statement she made to the press. He feels she never really cared about him. He goes on to do a new tattoo for Kris.

London and Phor clash in the studio.

Phor hits the studio with London On Da Track.

London has Phor do hooks for multiple tracks so they can figure out which direction to go in. Phor is ready for the challenge.

“Don’t let me down.” – London

After a few takes, London tells Phor he needs to have more energy.

“I need you to go crazy with this sh*t.” – London

In a green screen interview, Phor says he is frustrated because London isn’t giving him time to warm up.

He tells Phor to get his energy up and wake up.

Cobra and Reese almost come to blows.

Back in Chicago, Reese says she’s having a client come in and she needs her own booth.

But she doesn’t want to press the issue even though she has been there for six weeks.

Danielle suggests they clear out Phor’s booth and give it to Reese.

Everyone agrees that this is the best move.

Cobra comes in the shop.

She’s not happy to hear that Reese is getting her own booth. She feels she should have been consulted with on this decision.

At this point, she’s feeling disrespected since she doesn’t have her own booth.

After Cobra calls her a “new b*tch,” Reese comes out and they start arguing.

Reese and Cobra get in each other’s faces and everyone restrains them. Cobra angrily punches a wall. Van gets fed up and tells them to cut it out.

Van tells Cobra that she can tattoo in his booth. He’s willing to rotate a booth with Lily so Cobra and Reese can chill out.

“Whatever, she can suck my d*ck.” – Reese

“B*tch!” – Cobra

Nikki makes a surprise trip to LA to be with Phor.

She dresses up in lingerie and gets in the bed to wait on him.

Phor and Ryan hit up a club since he has a night off from the studio.

In a green screen interview, Phor says he doesn’t feel like he deserves to have fun because he didn’t make progress in the studio.

London tells him that he’s only hard on him because that’s what it takes for them to make good music. Phor says he likes to be challenged and appreciates it.

It’s 3 am and Nikki is still in the bed waiting for Phor.

Back at the club, Ryan and Phor discuss how great it feels to be away from drama.

“The energy feels good out here.” – Phor

Phor tells Ryan he wishes the whole gang was back together. He also doesn’t think Charmaine tried to snitch on Ryan.

Ryan then gets a phone call from Junior.

He tells Phor that the police came to the shop looking for Ryan. In a green screen interview, Ryan feels like people are being malicious. He blames Charmaine for him now being investigated by police.

Ryan, Phor and London return to Phor’s place.

Nikki is startled he’s not alone and she tries got cover up her lingerie when she spots them.

London and Ryan leave once they discover she’s there.

She plays hard to get and Phor is happy to see her.

Phor and Ryan get an opportunity of a lifetime.

The next day, Ryan gets a phone call from a major potential client. It turns out to be Nicki Minaj.

He meets her on set for a music video and hands her some pink roses.

In a green screen interview, Ryan says that Nicki saw he was in LA on social media and decided to hit him up.

Nicki then asks Ryan and Phor where Kat is. Ryan explains that he left the shop and started a new one because he fell out with the others.

“Well, I’m proud of you.” – Nicki

She tells him that being successful starts with one’s mind. Ryan is really inspired.

When it comes to her tattoo, she wants to get Barbie in a special font to celebrate her “Queen” album era.

Ryan tells her to get it on her inner wrist so it won’t ruin future photo shoots. She also tells Phor to play some of his music for her later. She leaves to shoot the video and will return to get the tattoo.

Things still aren’t good between Cobra and Reese.

Van seems to think Ryan is in panic mode because he’s bee posting videos of the trashed shop on social media.

He’s not concerned about Ryan’s legal future. He just wants to make sure Loyal Ink continues to move forward.

Cobra says that she’s still not feeling Reese. She’s still feeling overlooked and under appreciated.

“Does anyone know who she is really? Did anybody check out her portfolio?” – Cobra

Lily says she checked her out throughly. In a green screen interview, Lily says Cobra shouldn’t disrespect the new artists coming in.

This angers Cobra and she storms out the shop.

Ryan comes through for Nicki.

Phor and Ryan meet up with Nicki again so Ryan can do her tattoo.

“It’s Nicki, man. I can’t f*ck this up.” – Ryan

They get straight to it.

In a green screen interview, he says he has ups and downs but he eventually gets to where he needs to be.

He’s learning from his mistakes.

“This is progress. This is me becoming better than what I was.” – Ryan

They wrap up the tattoo and she admits it was painful. She got “Barbie” in a pink and fancy font.

She jokingly calls Ryan out for not telling her that the tattoo would hurt on her wrist. But Nicki loves her new tattoo.

“It’s so sleek.” – Nicki
