Don has returned to 9Mag.

He’s been back for a few days now.

In a green screen interview, he says he plans on becoming the manager. Brittney is currently the manager and running things.

While Brittney likes Don, she’s annoyed that he’s trying to squeeze into her position. He’s even opening up the shop in the mornings.

Bella is attracted to Don and gives him googly eyes.

Van makes a bold move.

Not too long after, Van walks in. He’s decided he’s going to start back working at the shop since he has a key. This makes Bella, Don and Brittney uncomfortable.

Don pulls Van to the side to talk.

Van says that his issues with Ryan have been petty and he needs to make money to support his family.

Although Van feels like he’s done what he could to try to move forward with Ryan, he’s not concerned if this causes more problems.

Charmaine is still doing radio on the weekends.

However, she’s really hoping to get a spot on the weekday morning show.

While at work, she’s trying to take her mind off of the video that dropped of Phor. The same infamous video that caused his breakup with Nikki.

Unfortunately, she has to report on it at her radio station.

Ryan now has a personal assistant.

Her name is Gina.

They are riding around getting some errands done for Ryan.

In a green screen interview, Gina says that Ryan is not hard to work for.

You just have to be about your business with him.

Van is discussed and Ryan wishes that Van would just leave him alone.

When he walks back in the shop, he’s not happy to see Van sitting on the couch.

Ryan asks both Bella and Brittney why they allowed this. Both explain that they couldn’t get him to leave.

Visibly upset, Ryan tells both to leave and return tomorrow.

At this point, Van walks up to talk.

Van passionately says that he misses their friendship and he hates how things went down. He also apologizes and tells Ryan he loves him.

He says he forgives Ryan for what he did and daps him up before leaving.

Lily has drinks with Brittney and Bella.

They catch her up about Don and Van returning to the shop.

In a green screen interview, Lily says she doesn’t care for Van because he is messy. She has no respect for him as a man.

The women then discuss Gina. They don’t care for her very much.

After Bella says she’s struggling as a single mother, Lily invites her and her daughter to live in her extra bedroom. Bella graciously accepts.

Bella moves in.

It doesn’t take long for Lily to be overwhelmed as she watches Bella change her daughter’s diaper.

Plus, Bella informs Lily that the place must be baby proofed.

Charmaine checks in on Phor.

She stops by his place to discuss the video.

Although social media has been going in, he’s unbothered and happy to still be good friends with Nikki.

Ryan and Van have another talk.

It is made clear that Ryan is touched by Van’s apology. And he too wants to move forward.

Both really have missed their friendship and they realize their falling out was petty.

In a green screen interview, Ryan says them making peace was necessary to show leadership at the shop.

They enjoy a drink together.

Gina brawls with Lily and Brittney.

Lily decides to throw a get together in the shop.

Ryan is not happy to see them drinking inside.

Of course, Lily and the others feel like Ryan is overreacting.

This is when Gina takes up for Ryan and says they are being unprofessional. This annoys Bella and Brittney.

“Girl, go wipe his a*s. You want some tissue?” – Bella

It gets intense between Gina, Bella and Brittney.

Both Gina and Brittney even get in each other’s faces and start screaming.

Ryan separates them and takes Bella and Brittney outside to talk.

He calls both out and says they should have known better than to allow drinking at the shop.

While inside, Lily and Gina begin arguing.

Lily ends up throwing a drink at her. They start throwing hands and Gina snatches off Lily’s wig.

Both women are broken up and not too long after, Gina and Brittney go at it. They too are broken up by security.

Changes are made.

Ryan is very frustrated, and he gets into an argument with Lily. Lily feels like Ryan needs to get Gina in check and Ryan is not opposed to firing people again if need be.

After the drama at the shop on the previous night, Ryan calls a meeting.

Gina tells the group that she realizes she took things too far and she doesn’t have a problem with Lily.

Lily also says she doesn’t have an issue with Gina. But it will take time for them to be in a better place.

Ryan also says that Don is now the second manager. This news doesn’t make Brittney happy. So Ryan then demotes Brittney to just being the shop piercer.

“Any more questions?” – Ryan
