LHHATL Recap: Akbar V. & Spice Nearly Come to Blows, Again

Spice and Karlie come by Joc’s radio station.

Of course, they discuss Spice’s controversy. She admits she didn’t bleach her skin. In fact, she just used makeup.

Despite the backlash, Spice stands by her actions.

Spice invites both Karlie and Joc to Trinidad to headline One Force Fest.

But Joc says he doesn’t want to travel with Karlie again after she threw a shoe at Kendra.

Spice isn’t hearing this and tells Joc she’ll see him in Trinidad.

Scrapp does something nice for convicted felons.

He partners up with Pastor Jamar Bryant from New Birth to give felons haircuts and help them prepare for job interviews.

The pastor and Scrapp have a conversation during the event. Scrapp is encouraged to stay focused on changing his life around.

Sierra runs into Akbar V. at the event.

They discuss Akabr’s blowup with Tokyo and Spice. Sierra wants to mediate a sit-down. Akbar says she’ll think about it.

Sierra then invites Akbar to her Stop the Violence event.

When Sierra and Scrapp chat, he tells her Stevie didn’t help him get out of prison. In a green screen interview, Sierra says that’s pretty messed up since Stevie claims Scrapp as his nephew.

Che makes a discovery.

She has Shekinah come over at 3 am.

Shekinah comes over and Che tells Shekinah she found some rubbers in her bedroom. Since she doesn’t use rubbers with her boyfriend Made Man, she knows he’s cheating on her.

They have been together for six years and this isn’t the first time he’s cheated.

But Che isn’t sure she wants to leave.

Shekinah encourages her to end the relationship regardless of her fear.

Joc tries to make things right with Kendra.

After Karlie threw a shoe at Kendra, Joc decides to bring lunch to her job.

They talk and Kendra says she’s not worried about Karlie.

She heard Joc on the radio station with Karlie and Spice. She wants them to go on Spice’s trip to Trinidad.

Tokyo and Sierra run up on Pooh.

Mimi, Shekinah and Tokyo hang out at Sierra’s salon.

Sierra got some flowers from someone who isn’t BK. And Sierra says she’s done with BK for real this time.

She explains what she heard about Pooh and BK. Sierra doesn’t like that Pooh was smiling in her face and never said anything.

Shekinah changes the subject and tells them Made Man is cheating on Che.

Not too long after, Pooh walks into the salon.

She tells Sierra that BK tried to hit on her in Cancun, not the other way around despite what Karlie said.

After Pooh calls Sierra a hoe, things get tense.

Tokyo and Sierra end up running up on Pooh as she is escorted out of the salon. Security keeps things from getting violent.

Rasheeda and Kirk get another update.

Kirk’s daughter comes by and says that she couldn’t pick up Kannon because he’s sick.

Both Rasheeda and Kirk have a lot of questions but his daughter feels like Kirk should be able to contact Jasmine for himself to get answers.

But he says he can’t do that because Rasheeda won’t allow him to communicate with Jasmine.

Shekinah pulls up on Made Man.

While he’s in the studio with Tokyo, Shekinah comes in and confronts him about the rubbers Che found.

Although Made Man denies cheating, Shekinah tells him Che is moving out.

Karlie and Mo are back on good terms.

They now have a house together and the couple wants to work on their foundation.

As they are unpacking, Karlie tells Mo about her recent blowup with Pooh.

Karlie then plays audio of what she claims is proof that she never slept with Pooh’s husband Hiram.

When Mo says he wants Karlie to constantly check in with him during her Trinidad trip, as well as be back to her hotel room at 2 am, Karlie feels like he’s being extra.

Pooh tells Mimi that she feels like she’s being ganged up on.

And she feels like Mimi isn’t sticking up for her. But Mimi doesn’t want to pick sides since she’s cool with Karlie and Pooh.

Regardless, Pooh still wants to make things right with Karlie.

So Mimi tells her to try to make things right in Trinidad.

Mimi thinks Karlie will be more receptive since she’s from Trinidad.

“This gonna be my last try.” – Pooh

Later on, Pooh recaps the Karlie drama with Hiram. He says Karlie called him upset and had him on speakerphone to confirm what they did and didn’t do.

Apparently, her daughter was on the phone too.

Pooh thinks this is ridiculous but Hiram thinks they will be friends again.

Tokyo and Spice come face to face with Akbar again.

Sierra mediates a meeting between all three.

Before Spice arrives, Tokyo says she doesn’t have an issue with Akbar but they aren’t friends.

Minutes later, Spice walks in.

She says she just took issue with Akbar’s, “I grew here, you flew here,” comment. She says it bothered her because she “flew here.”

“Okay, so did you fly Delta?” – Akbar

Tokyo laughs and apologizes to Spice for laughing.

After Spice takes her shoes off, Akbar calls her a b*tch and makes fun of her accent multiple times.

Spice tries to jump over the table but gets restrained by security.

On Akbar’s way out, she curses out Sierra as well.
