Her mother and daughter are backstage with her.
There’s a lot of stress because Monica is still getting used to being an independent artist.
She performs “Angel of Mine” in honor of her mother.
Tiny heads to a radio interview with Toya.
She has the radio station play her new song.
Tiny is glad that her new song is out there now.
TI calls her to check in. She tells him everyone loves her new song.
Toya, Tiny, LeToya, and Monica meet for wine.
Reginae is still having a hard time dealing with social media.
So Toya has signed her up for some counseling.
Messiah is getting his own place.
They look at a place in Buckhead.
While checking it out, Messiah says he’s doing well in school and he wants to also try to make things happen with his producing.
So TI will set up a meeting with 9th Wonder so his beats can be heard.
Tommi’s mother is really sick.
She’s been battling cancer and the chemo isn’t working.
While the family hopes she will pull through, doctors don’t think she has much time left.
But Tommi knows she is a fighter.
He’s going to Houston to have some alone time with his mom.
Reginae has a counseling session.
She cries and says that social media is really hard for her.
Her relationship with Lil Wayne isn’t that affectionate.
So she doesn’t know how to “come into his world sometimes.”
It’s possible that her relationship with her dad affects her relationship with Lucci.
In the meantime, the therapist tells her that she doesn’t have to respond to everything she reads on social media.
Tiny is getting nervous.
Her first solo show is coming up and LeToya is supposed to open up for her.
But she’s worried LeToya may be a little rusty.
Toya goes to counseling.
She is still stressed out about the possibility of getting married again.
The therapist says it’s important to be aware of her own faults. That way she can lower the odds of getting another divorce.
Toya realizes Red is perfect for her but she has to understand that she’s worthy of her happiness.
Reginae needs to talk to Lil Wayne.
Zonnique and Reginae are starting a new YouTube channel together.
After they wrap up shooting a video, Reginae opens up about her counseling session.
She’s feeling better but she needs to have an open conversation with Lil Wayne.
LeToya and Toya go rock climbing.
While taking a break, LeToya tells Toya that Tommi’s mom isn’t doing well.
She wants to be there for her husband but he wants her in Atlanta to look after the baby. Plus, LeToya needs to get ready for Tiny’s upcoming show.
Messiah meets 9th Wonder with TI.
He plays some of his beats and 9th tells him he’s on the right path.
It’s important Messiah doesn’t chase trends and remains true to himself.
Toya and Red hash things out.
She tells him she understands that she has to work on herself so she’s not fearful of marriage.
As for Red, he wants to have another baby.
Monica has her music video release party for “Commitment.”
It is well-received ad Toya is thankful that she has commitment and good s*x with Red.
