Dr. Contessa and Dr. Scott Metcalfe are going to open up a lot on the upcoming episode of “Married to Medicine.” Scott tells the group that Contessa going back to school complicated things. After she storms off, he also says that Contessa could have made things easier by just choosing a program in Atlanta.
Buffie Purselle decides to follow Contessa to talk about what’s upsetting her. Contessa says she always has to give up everything for their family. But Scott doesn’t even consider her feelings when he makes decisions. She also reveals that she left the Navy for Scott. And it seems as if she regrets this. In a green screen interview, she says, “So when I met Scott, we were long distance the whole time we were dating. And for the first year of our marriage. He moved to Atlanta for me. Then after I had my second baby, he said, ‘Yeah, I don’t want to move anymore. It’s disruptive to the family.’ She adds, “So I got out of the military.”
