Dr. Contessa Metcalfe definitely annoyed Mariah Huq on the latest season of “Married to Medicine.” Mariah recently dropped her recap for the final part of the reunion.
She discussed Contessa and said Contessa jumped in everyone else’s business. And she’s not sure why Contessa kept coming for her because they have never had an issue before.
But Mariah really didn’t like how Contessa treated Buffie Purselle. She said that Contessa lacked empathy for Buffie as she struggled emotionally about having multiple miscarriages. And she was shocked Contessa got in Buffie’s face and yelled at her. Mariah also said that Contessa acted like she was “GI Jane.” She also feels like it’s wrong for Contessa to want empathy from Dr. Scott Metcalfe and sympathy from the rest of the cast about their marriage issues, but she had none for Buffie.
At this point, Mariah feels as if Contessa interjected herself into other people’s situations because the producers told her she needed to bring more drama on the latest season.
