It’s time for a listening party.

Zonnique is focused on her new music. She’s been hitting the studio with Sean Garrett. Tiny and Monica show up to the meeting to discuss Zonnique’s listening party. Reginae is there as well. She wants their input on which songs to put out. Zonnique is still trying to find her sound and herself as an artist.

So Monica tells Zonnique to be true to herself. She decides to let the listeners pick the single at the listening party.

TI has a new podcast. So he’s meeting with his team to map some things out. He wants to talk to a variety of people.

Tommi gets a little frustrated.

LeToya tells Tommi she booked them a therapy session. Tommi isn’t thrilled she did this without talking to him. But he agrees to go forward with it. Of course, he plans to keep it real.

Toya catches up with Beedy.

The trial for the murder of Toya’s brothers is coming up. She discusses this with her sister Beedy and admits she’s nervous to see her dad when she goes back to New Orleans. Beedy is on better terms with their dad, so she’s hopeful Toya can get there as well. He has 20 kids.

Back at Tiny and TI’s house, TI asks Tiny to make some appearances on his podcast. They often disagree, so it will be good for listeners. After Tiny tells him about Zonnique’s listening party, TI plans to attend so he can give feedback.

Zonnique thinks Tiny can be too pushy.

While Zonnique, Tiny, and Reginae are out looking for venues for the listening party, TI tells Messiah that he thinks Tiny is trying to make Zonnique another her. And he doesn’t like that Zonnique didn’t use a song he thought would be perfect. He thinks she only listens to Tiny.

Meanwhile, Tiny is trying to convince Zonnique to invite a lot more people to her listening party. In a green screen interview, Zonnique says she’s over Tiny wanting things her way all the time. While Tiny knows she can be overbearing, she’s just going to push Zonnique to be at her best and stay there. It’s her job to do so.

Toya talks to her dad.

While Toya is at home, Beedy FaceTimes her with their dad. She gets annoyed when he struggles to recall all the children he has. But she’s open to talking to him when she goes back home to New Orleans. She does worry that they won’t be able to repair things. But Red tells her he thinks everything will work out just fine.

The listening party is a success.

It’s the night of Zonnique’s listening party. Everyone comes out to support, and she has people write down which song they feel should be her first single. She’s happy with the positive reception all of her songs received. And Monica tells Zonnique to make sure that she does what she wants to do since it’s her career.

Therapy goes well.

LeToya and Tommi go to their first therapy session. When they get comfortable, LeToya says she’s always felt like she comes in last in Tommi’s life. But when she brings this up, Tommi snaps at her. And Tommi says he hates how long it takes for LeToya to get ready to leave the house. It makes him feel like she doesn’t think outings that are important to him are important to her.

So the therapist gives them some work to do at home that will strengthen their communication skills.

Zonnique makes her decision.

Tiny makes her first appearance on TI’s podcast. They talk about what women actually get out of marriage. As TI continues to say whatever is on his mind no matter how controversial, Tiny says she hopes this doesn’t get him in trouble one day.

After Zonnique reads the responses in regards to what her first single should be, she decides to go with the two songs Tiny and Monica liked the best. She’s also going to come out with visuals for both tracks. Tiny is proud that Zonnique made her own decision.
