Ryan hasn’t been happy with the edits.
“Black Ink Crew Chicago” just wrapped up another season. It had to be cut short due to the ongoing pandemic. It was impossible for the cast to continue to film as shops had to be shut down and restrictions were placed in the city. However, the short season still had people talking on social media.
For Ryan, his love life continues to be a hot topic.
Weeks ago, he received backlash for his relationship with Miss Kitty. Both claimed that the scenes were edited to make it seem as if they had a romantic relationship. But they actually didn’t. And producers forced a love triangle that never really existed.
However, this may not be the only complaint Ryan has about the latest season.
Rachel and Ryan’s scene was edited.
Ryan’s relationship with Rachel has been a focal point of the show for seasons now. They have a long history and their relationship fell apart after Ryan messed around with Kat. But they’ve been able to co-parent without too many issues. So when they took a family vacation together with the kids, fans of the show wondered if they were getting back together.
Rachel denied that a reconciliation was in the works.
On the season finale of the show, Rachel and Ryan talked about how to move forward co-parenting amid the pandemic. Ryan seemingly asked Rachel if he could quarantine with her and the kids. And she seemingly said no.
Interestingly enough, Ryan shared his thoughts about this conversation. He claims the scene was heavily edited.
