Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard’s altercation continues to affect the others.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Ashley Darby has had her fair share of drama on the show. However, at times, a lot of her issues revolve around her husband Michael Darby. They have had issues with infidelity in the past. And at times, Michael clashes with some of the other people on the show. It’s clear at this point that he’s not a fan of Candiace Dillard or her husband Chris Bassett.
Things only got worse on the season finale.
Candiace is still very emotional about the altercation she had with Monique Samuels. While a lot of the cast is on her side, Karen Huger has said she will remain neutral. She believes both women were wrong in the situation. So she made no plans to ice out Monique.
Although Karen said she’s not on anyone’s side and both women were wrong, Candiace feels betrayed by Karen. In fact, Candiace feels Karen actually did choose a side. And it’s Monique she’s sided with.
Michael Darby and Chris Bassett clashed on the “Real Housewives of Potomac” season finale.
So at Robyn Dixon and Juan Dixon’s Christmas and engagement party, Candiace called Karen out. As she was very hurt about the situation, things got tense. Screaming occurred. And Michael could hear Candiace across the room. So he told Chris, “Brother, you need to control your wife. She’s out of control. You need to control her. It’s not good for us.”
In response to this, Chris said, “Michael, you should get the f*ck out of my face.”
Michael then said, “Shut the f*ck up and listen to what I’m saying.”
At this point, Chris was heated. So he got up and pushed Michael. This led to chaos, and security having to break the men apart and keep a fight from ensuing.
Michael then threatened to sue Chris. And he would later go off on security and the production team, much to Ashley’s embarrassment.
Of course, this is discussed at the reunion.
When Andy Cohen asks Chris why he responded to Michael the way he did, it resulted in a face-off between Ashley and Chris.
