Monique Samuels’ final season on RHOP was very controversial.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” fans had a lot to say about Monique Samuels’ departure from the show. She fell out with Candiace Dillard over Candiace’s decision to form a friendship with Charrisse Jackson-Jordan. At the time, Monique was under the impression that Charrisse was spreading false rumors about her. The rumor accused Monique of cheating on Chris Samuels. It was also alleged that their youngest son wasn’t Chris’ biological child. Gizelle Bryant brought this up to the group. And this didn’t sit well with Monique. Eventually, Candiace and Monique got into a physical altercation. And Candiace said she would leave the show if Monique stuck around.
Interestingly enough, the reunion didn’t go the way Monique wanted it to. She felt she and Chris were treated unfairly. After she watched all the reunion episodes, she decided it was time to leave the show. Fans thought of her a lot during the recent season. As Candiace clashed with Mia Thornton, some were reminded of Monique. So they asked her to come back to RHOP. But she said this wasn’t an option.
Well, Monique is returning to television. However, it won’t be a Bravo show. It’s now being reported that Monique will be on the new spinoff of “Love & Marriage: Huntsville.”
