It’s been rumored altercations took place while the “Basketball Wives” cast filmed the upcoming season.

When it comes to the upcoming season of “Basketball Wives,” it’s been rumored that a lot of drama took place during filming. Brandi Maxiell, DJ Duffey, Brooke Bailey, Angel Brinks, and Brittish Williams are all back. And when it comes to the cast from the previous season, only a few remain. Jennifer Williams, Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo, Nia Dorsey, and Noria Dorsey are still on the show. It has been rumored that Shaunie O’Neal is still around but in a much smaller role.

Interestingly enough, Malaysia fell out with quite a few of her former “Basketball Wives LA” costars. In fact, she’s no longer in a good place with Brandi even though they used to be close friends. Fans are expected to see what led to their fallout on the show. Meanwhile, the others don’t care for Malaysia either. So it’s been rumored that the only ladies who were willing to film with her are Jackie, Nia, and Noria. So it’s speculated that the others have been trying to ice Malaysia out of the show.

While Malaysia may have been with quite a few of the others, her biggest feud may actually be with Brooke. It was alleged that Brooke and Malaysia actually came to blows. And Brooke allegedly got physical with Nia and Noria as well.

The wait must continue.

Fans of the show figured that the new season would premiere early this year since the cast had been filming for an extended period. However, it’s now being alleged that they had to start filming again recently which makes fans believe that the season premiere has been pushed back.

According to blogger BBW Tea Inc, the hold-up is because there were issues on the production side. While talking to a follower on their Instagram page, the blogger responded when the person said the season may as well be canceled since it’s been delayed.

In response to this, the blogger wrote, “3 different teams of producers brought in. So like a revolving door, that’s why the season is behind. They fired the original producers and got newbies who don’t know much about the cast etc…”

  1. Dont feel bad for Malaysia. She seemed like she had her own mind and then changed to be down with Ev and Shaunie. Wasnt feeling her after that. Oh well

  2. Malaysia will be fine. She’s outlasted all these girls and will continue to because I remember that Brandi, Duffey, and Brittish were so annoying people could barely enjoy the show. Tammy had to put them in their place because they were such a drag to watch. I doubt that has changed all these years later. Now Brooke should have never been fired. Glad she’s back.
