Tee Tee is Leaving ‘Growing Up Hip Hop’

Tee Tee and Egypt Criss had a controversial fallout.

Tahira “Tee Tee” Francis decided it was time to focus on her peace. So on the current season of “Growing Up Hip Hop,” she’s been hesitant to hash things out with Egypt Criss and Pepa. Things went left when Tee Tee became critical of Sam Wright. And over time, Egypt felt like Tee Tee was being unnecessarily harsh towards him. Things worsened after Sam told Pepa and Egypt that the real issue is Tee Tee is in love with him.

Tee Tee was devasted that Pepa and Egypt thought there could be some truth to Sam’s theory. So she decided to distance herself from her aunt and cousin.

On the latest episode, she did have another sitdown with Egypt. But she didn’t feel like the conversation was worth her time because it seemed as if Egypt’s feelings about everything haven’t really changed. And in Tee Tee’s opinion, Sam is the problem. But she won’t be able to move forward with Egypt until she realizes that.

Are Tee Tee and Shawn Rogers leaving GUHH?

As for Egypt, she’s hopeful that she and Tee Tee can work on their issues. But she’s not feeling like Tee Tee is ready to be accountable for what she’s done. And Egypt believes that the real issue is Tee Tee isn’t ready to admit that she was wrong about Sam.

Well, Tee Tee’s husband Shawn Rogers recently had some interesting things to say on Instagram. He responded to a post about the show on blogger OMFG Reality TV’s page. While addressing comments that suggested that Tee Tee needs to be more forgiving because her famous aunt was her connection to GUHH, Shawn said he and Tee Tee are leaving the show.

He wrote, “‘People are just people. Regardless of status.”

Shawn continued, “Doesn’t really matter anyway. We are leaving the show because T’s career is jumping to next level and being on the show doesn’t look good for her.”

  1. This is how it’s supposed to be. Reality shows should just be a stepping stone until your career is to the point that it no longer benefits you to be on the show.

  2. She’s classy so it’s disappointing because I feel like her and Vanessa/Angela give the successful bougie black girl representation needed. But I’m happy her career is thriving to the point that she can afford to leave.

  3. I like her pretty a-s. I’ll miss her and Shawn but you have to know when it’s time to move on to something better.

  4. W£LL If She Like it ….I L○v£ it!!!! But Answer me this…… What Career Are You Referring to EXACTLY?@?@? ?

B£sides, That YT B○Y didn’t REALLY want to Marry TeeTee AC£ F○r Real AnyWay!!! Pay Attention to His Mannerisms and Facial Expressions leading up to the Wedding!!! But Naawwwwl….TT Had To Have That YT Boy!!! I’ll givE it 2 years!!!!?

  5. They’re married,they have a child… they’re a family. It’s time to move on.
I don’t think Shawn was down for the show anyway. He was very reserved about stuff when he was shown.
    I wish them the best.

  6. Oh well…good bye and good riddens. I mean Now married what else is there to tell. There is no more story line to be told.
