Contessa and Heavenly are both emotional about the intervention.
The episode starts with the remainder of the intervention drama. Contessa says she is hurt that Heavenly didn’t apologize. Instead, she laughed and said she stands by everything she’s said on YouTube. She storms out of Contessa’s house and Jackie follows her to check on her. Heavenly just feels betrayed. In a green screen interview, Jackie says that Heavenly isn’t really open to receiving any kind of criticism. So the intervention was useless.
Jackie also checks on Contessa after Heavenly makes her exit. Contessa is crying. She’s so hurt that Heavenly didn’t apologize. And she wonders why Jackie is okay with the comments Heavenly has made about her and Curtis on YouTube. Jackie says what Heavenly says about Curtis has no value in her life. So she doesn’t let it offend her. However, Contessa still feels like Heavenly is wrong. She should treat her friends better.
Quad has the same perspective as Contessa. She’s not okay with what Heavenly said about her either. But she still thinks an intervention was the wrong thing to do. And Heavenly needs to stop treating her friends like her enemies.
Heavenly makes some messy accusations.
Toya and Simone have an interesting perspective about the group. They truly believe that many of the ladies are afraid to call Heavenly out about anything. And they accuse Heavenly of speaking on their marriages so she won’t have to speak on hers.
Heavenly and Anila discuss the intervention. For Heavenly, she’s hurt because she thought she had a real friendship with Contessa. So she doesn’t understand why Contessa couldn’t just call her instead of planning an intervention. Heavenly thinks most of what’s going on is nonsense and people are miserable and want to take things out on her. She especially feels this way about Toya. She alleges that a friend of Quad’s said Eugene told a group of people that Toya was one of the worst mistakes he’s made in his life.
Interestingly enough, another rumor is brought up. After Anila tells Heavenly that Quad was upset she didn’t deny that Quad sleeps with married men on her YouTube channel, Heavenly says the rumors are out there. And producers block out the names when Heavenly shares the source.
Heavenly talks to Damon about her fallout with Contessa. And he tells her to act like the leader she is and be more respectful on her YouTube channel.
Kiran and Anila go there.
The group celebrates Halloween with a costume party. And Eugene isn’t thrilled when he and Toya (dressed as Jay-Z and Beyonce) see Anila and Kiran dressed up as movers. They also shade them about moving out of their dream home.
Eugene later tells Kiran this wasn’t cool. And the men should stay out of the women’s drama. However, Kiran doesn’t see the issue.
Anila tells Toya that they aren’t even friends after Toya tries to explain that the costumes offended Eugene. So Eugene and Toya leave the party early. And Eugene is coming to the conclusion that he won’t be able to be cool with Kiran.
On a positive note, Heavenly pulls Quad aside to apologize for not denying that Quad sleeps with married men on her YouTube channel. In a green screen interview, Quad says she’s willing to remain friends with Heavenly. But the door will be closed if Heavenly talks negatively about her on YouTube, again.
Eugene and Kiran clash.
The guys get together but the tension between Kiran and Eugene is hard to ignore. So Eugene tells Kiran that the costumes offended him and Toya. However, Kiran doesn’t back down. He feels that what they did was funny.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger after Eugene tells Kiran to call him a ************ again.

I am still waiting for someone, anyone to address that major overbite on Dr. Simone. No one has pointed out that overbite since the show began? It’s the first thing you see entering a room and the last thing you see on your way out of the room.

No one care about her over bite. We all have flaws and we don’t want anyone to point them out. Simone is attractive and is my favorite on the show.

@RealTalk, her overtime was already addressed at one of the reunions. Heavenly, of course, throwing shade said she would be willing yo fix it. Dr. Simone said she is well aware of her over bite, it is apart of who she is, and she is very comfortable in her own skin.
So really, it isn’t an issue for her, Cecil, her children, her patients, or Bravo.

Heavenly is never wrong with any h-llish thing she does. You don’t talk about your friends the she does. Even her husband thinks she’s wrong.
Hmm I think Toya and Simone are right about Heavenly. It does seem like she talks about everyone else’s marriages so she doesn’t have to open up about hers on the show. She’s mastered deflecting. All these years on the show and we still don’t know much about her or her marriage. Meanwhile, the others have shared so much. It’s unfair honestly.
I’m a die hard Heavenly fan and yes she’s messy but she just calls it like it is no sugar coating. Everything she tells has already been said she just add a little spin to it. They all talk about each otherbut have their little clichés and every so often they switch up. Personally I’m sick of Contessa and the show would definitely be boring if Heavenly didn’t add that extra
You like Heavenly because she’s entertaining on a reality show. That’s it. So you’re not being considerate of the other women on that platform who viewed her as a friend and are hurt by her actions. I guarantee you’d have a problem with one of your friends going on the internet and speaking ill of you online to build a following and get YouTube checks. I wish y’all would stop the fan behavior and be honest. Heavenly isn’t a true friend to anyone. And that’s a sign of dysfunction. Not honesty.
@Gloria Really? We “fans” watch the show. That’s our assignment. Watch. That’s it. It is not our job to dissect situations and personalities! You talking like we “fans” are 100% invested in the shenanigans that go on during Married To Medicine and other Bravo reality shows. No we are not! We are in the real world, not reality world. And anyone who comes on here and says what she’s doing to her friends on the show is okay is lying and wouldn’t want it done to them. I’d never do my friends the way Heavenly does hers. Let me give you the “Great Job” award today. You sure are worked up over a reality show where none of the characters care about you or me. When TV shows trend on Twitter, it’s because fans are dissecting what is happening on the shows they watch. And I actually am condescending and proud. So let’s get that out the way.
