Martell Holt wants full custody of his children with Melody Holt.
Some “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” fans were happy to see Martell Holt and Melody Holt in a much better place when it comes to co-parenting. In fact, they were getting along so well some wondered if they had gotten back together. However, Melody wasted no time in shutting that down. She confirmed that she is still single and happy these days. Interestingly enough, the peace is over. And Melody revealed that Martell has her tied up in a battle for full custody during an interview with the Shade Room.
She made the revelation while explaining why she hasn’t been able to officially change her last name.
Melody said, “To be honest with you, I actually had reached out to my attorney to do an official name change, right? And so I was planning on doing that process, thought that it would be something in 30 days or less to change, no big deal. And then I found out that because I am currently in a custody battle that I’m unable to change. So if you have any other proceeding happening in the state, you can’t change your last name at the time.”
She continued, “And so unfortunately because I am dealing with that, I can’t legally change my name yet.”
Melody said Martell is suing her for full custody, “I started moving on it, and like I said because of the fact that I am being sued for custody I can’t do it.”
She told the interviewer that she finds Martell’s actions to be “very interesting” since they currently have joint custody and made an effort to split time equally.
Was Arionne Curry assaulted at a club recently?
In related news, Martell’s former mistress Arionne Curry has been a hot topic on the blogs for the last couple of days. Blogger Gossip of the City said that Arionne was allegedly assaulted in a club. Where it gets messier is it’s being alleged that Arionne was assaulted because she’s allegedly been messing around with another married man. And the woman who allegedly ran up on her is a friend of the alleged wife.
Martell is evil.
What else needs to happen before people see that Martell just wants to hurt Melody and ruin her life because she divorced him? Let me guess, when they were getting along a few weeks ago, he tried to get back together with her. She said no. And now he’s suing for full custody out of spite. I really don’t like this man. I don’t care how hard he tries to clean up his image.
I think Arionne needs therapy. There are some deep rooted issues she needs to deal with so she can change her life for the better.
