Marlo Hampton was put on blast after part 1 of the reunion aired.
Kandi Burruss and Marlo Hampton fell out on the current season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Marlo rubbed Kandi the wrong way by accusing Kandi of not helping people or doing enough for the “Black culture.” Marlo also called Kandi a ***. Plus, she accused Kandi of financially taking care of Todd Tucker. Of course, this statement rubbed Kandi and Todd the wrong way. And Todd clapped back by accusing Marlo of buying her way onto the show.
Considering all of the drama Marlo and Kandi have been having, fans anticipated seeing Kandi go in on Marlo at the reunion. However, Kenya Moore said the whole reunion was “tame.” On part one, Marlo denied it when Kandi said she helped Marlo get her own show over at another network. In fact, Marlo would only give Todd the credit. She said Kandi wasn’t really involved.
During Kandi’s interview with DJ Richie Skye, Richie showed Kandi a clip of a past appearance Marlo made on “Speak On It.” In the clip, Marlo admitted that Kandi helped her. After Kandi said Marlo wasn’t on the RHOA for a period of time, Marlo said, “Yeah, I wasn’t. And you were trying to to get me work.”
Kandi Burruss wasn’t moved by Marlo Hampton’s reunion speech.
After watching the clip, Kandi told Richie, “I honestly have tried to help her without the cameras, without anybody knowing in different ways. And for her to get on this platform and say I never help people, it really, really bothered me, man.”
Kandi was asked about her thoughts about Marlo getting so emotional at the reunion. She admitted she thought Marlo’s moment was well rehearsed, “I just felt like it was a whole pity party going on. Don’t get me wrong, I do know she’s been through some things in her life. But I don’t think it’s fair for people who have been through trauma to put their trauma on other people which she tends to do a lot. And then she lashes out at people all the time and just wants to use that as an excuse to just say, ‘Oh, okay, It was alright that you dogged me or whatever.’ She does it all the time. So anyway…”
She continued, “When she was giving her speech, let’s be for real, it was practiced. I will say to you, some of these women, and I have been on this show for 13 reunions, they will practice their reads. They practice things they’re gonna say to try to get the fans to like them. And stuff like that. It was very clear to me that that long speech had already been practiced before.”

I now understand why Kenya didn’t like this reunion. It was disappointing that they gave her a “sob story solo” for the 2nd half of the episode. Everything she said could have been explained throughout the 17 episodes of the season. Now it’s VERY convenient and manipulative as most of her moves were. Even though I know it probably isn’t, I hope it’s her last season
I hope it’s Marlo last season also.I think she’s fake and an Big BULLY. She seems to start mess with someone. And when someone retaliate, she wants to start her sad feelings about how people treat her.
Andy believed her performance too. This reunion is a mess. I can see why Kenya didn’t like it.
Kandi does need to bow out. She is boring. But as long as Brovo gives her a bag she will be on it. They would get way more railings with NeNe and Phaedra.
I like Kandi. She’s an very intelligent and beautiful person. She’s a kind person. She cares and help people. I hope she doesn’t leave the show.
Marlo is not the first to say what she said about Kandi. Kandi’s reputation regarding s-x and men has been in the Atlanta streets and talked about on rhoa for years now. Kandi is boring and fake. She loves to go on any show that will have her and try and make her co-workers and others look bad. It’s never Kandi who is in the wrong. Kandi is the reason rhoa is in such a bad place now.5947
Marlo is a waste of camera time, her episodes are boring and filled with manufactured chaos. Please do not bring her or sad Sheree back ever.

I agree. She should not return to the show. And Sheree is messy. She talks about Kandi. And she says Kandi is not a friend. Why should she be friends with someone who talks about her. I was shocked about how Sheree was agreeing with what Marlo was saying about Kandi. And like Kandi was saying to both ladies, “I give back what you give me”.
I like Kandi. I think she should stay on the show. She’s an beautiful person on the inside and out. And a caring person. She don’t put a person down or start mess with anyone . Like she says ” Don’t start nothing and it won’t be nothing. She’s fair to her friends.
I prefer Marlo over Kandi. Kandi is a waste of money.
