RHOA fans slammed Mama Joyce on Twitter for her BravoCon comments about Todd Tucker.
Kandi Burruss has made it very clear that she doesn’t play when it comes to her mother, husband, kids, and money. However, some “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans feel she could do a better job at defending Todd Tucker. And this is especially true when it comes to Mama Joyce’s treatment of Todd. Over the years, Mama Joyce has said she didn’t feel he was good enough for Kandi. In particular, she didn’t think he had enough money.
Despite not having Kandi’s net worth when they got together, Todd has proven himself to be a very driven businessman. And Kandi appreciates this tremendously because he’s helped her make more money. And he pushed her to go after dreams she was afraid to pursue.
Although Kandi and Todd have multiple businesses and children together now, things haven’t changed between Todd and Mama Joyce.
Mama Joyce attended BravoCon with other “Kandi & the Gang” cast members, including Kandi’s aunts Nora and Bertha. They answered questions. And Mama Joyce was asked who she would replace Todd with if given the chance.
She answered, “But if I could have replaced Todd, I would probably pick anyone that had decent jobs…that was maybe in the same business that was in the financial realm that she was in.”
Fans have had enough of Mama Joyce’s treatment of Todd. So they have been calling her out on social media. And Kandi has been receiving heat as well. Some people feel like Kandi should do a better job of defending Todd to her mother.
As of now, Kandi has not responded to the backlash.

If he leaves her I wouldn’t be mad at him. How much disrespect can he take? She does nothing about it
I remember Kandi said that no matter what, Todd has to respect Mama Joyce. I found it odd that she didn’t recognize that Todd also deserves respect too from his own mother in law. I could never sit back and let anyone, not even my mother, hurt my husband and humiliate him in public the way Joyce does. Todd is not some bum. And the fact that he’s put Joyce in a position to make money from OLG and she’s still acting like this? It’s not Todd who looks bad. Joyce should be ashamed of herself.
I’m more baffled at the fact that the whole network is now playing in Todd’s face. Why the f-ck did they even ask Joyce this disrespectful a-s question in the first place? Kandi needs to check her momma and Bravo because the disrespect shouldn’t keep occurring.

And they were on that stage laughing like this mess was funny. Kandi is crazy to keep letting her momma and all these people keep disrespecting Todd. She had all that smoke for Marlo though smh.
Kandi has never backed Todd against her mother or daughter and she never will.
