Wendy Osefo and Nneka Ihim’s feud was kicked off by Ashley Darby.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Wendy Osefo said she is disappointed that she hasn’t been able to get along with Nneka Ihim. As we reported, both of the ladies are Nigerian. So fans hoped to see them build a solid friendship during the current season. However, Ashley Darby’s meddling has caused some major tension. At this point, it’s looking as if Nneka and Wendy’s issues have only worsened. Wendy takes issue with the fact that Nneka called her mother a witch. Nneka also alleged that Wendy’s mother uses a shrine to do witchcraft. In fact, Nneka believes Wendy wanted to be the only Nigerian on the show. So when it was rumored that Nneka used Wendy’s name to get on, Wendy’s mother was not having it. Regardless, Wendy believes Nneka is the one who made thin.gs contentious. And she intended to come on RHOP to attack Wendy.
When Wendy discussed the situation with Mia Thornton, Karen Huger, and Candiace Dillard Bassett, she said Nneka was being xenophobic. She said it was disheartening to see another Nigerian giving light to offensive stereotypes they have to deal with often. Wendy remembers how she got picked on at school and accused of being into witchcraft when she told people about her heritage. So this has been hurtful for Wendy. Wendy also explained that she and her mother are Catholics and their religion uses shrines. But their shrines aren’t for witchcraft.

On the upcoming episode, Mia attempts to explain this to Nneka. In the preview, Mia says, “So yesterday we went to the distillery. She did open up about it being very triggering being Nigerian and that you’re using the connotation of a shrine in a negative way.”
In a green screen interview, Nneka says, “That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard in my whole life. First, you’re talking about there is no shrine. My momma didn’t say this but now there’s positive shrines? She’s just trying to find a way out just in case I reveal more than what I have revealed.”
Nneka also tells Robyn Dixon and Mia, “It’s such a weird situation for me. I’m still just putting it aside to be like okay I’m willing to talk because I don’t have anything against her. I don’t really know what’s going on.”
Robyn adds her thoughts,
“When people are going through something they try to bring it back to themselves. And make it about them. Did you hear, she was like, well our family members are being attacked. And I’m like no, mine is.”
In the same preview, Wendy tells Candiace and Karen that her mother had to go to the hospital recently. So she’s dealing with a lot of stress.
Robin is trying to get Wendy back. Ashley is trying to keep her paycheck. None of those women are loyal to each other. So, Wendy do like Kandi Burruss said in her song “I fly above”.
You are too smart and classy for the foolery. They wish they had what you have. They can’t touch you nor can they touch the relationship that you’ve shown with your mother. What mother wouldn’t protect her cub?
Where did they get Nkea from? She needs to return. She is trying too hard and Robin is trying to deflect so that the focus won’t be on her and Juan.
If I’m at home when the show is on, I will watch it but you all have lost my loyalty. The Real Housewives has changed from classy to downright pitiful.

Nneka, Robyn, and Giselle are using all this shrine mess as a storyline. Robyn and Giselle seem to think this will draw attention away from the bogus lies about Juan and his various stories. Nneka thinks this is the way to get a permanent spot, if sucks eggs.
