R&B singer Chris Brown was accused of allegedly assaulting fellow singer Jeremih during a basketball game, but Chris’ camp is claiming that there’s no truth to the rumors.

Gossip Cop writes:

His rep, however, tells Gossip Cop exclusively it’s untrue. In a statement to Gossip Cop, the singer’s spokeswoman says Brown, who’s in Las Vegas to perform on Tuesday at Drais and receive a Key to the Strip, “has a suite at the hotel that has a basketball court and invited friends to come play. An unruly individual showed up uninvited and was removed from the premises. Chris was not in an altercation with this person.”

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say, “Brown has been given the option of signing a citation for misdemeanor battery, or having the case submitted to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.” So far, neither Brown nor his attorney has contacted the police.

In related news, the singer has been quiet on the reports on social media and he’s been posting about his daughter Royalty instead:

I honestly never knew I could love someone as strong as I do. I’m gonna give her the world. 👑

  1. LOL so he’s going to use his own child for PR and damage control? He has no shame.

  2. I’ll believe Chris when Jeremih backs him up. Until then I think he hit him. He’s done this before in another basketball game.

  3. So, this hard core thug on the basketball court took off his boxers and put on panties and a dress, high heels and a purse …reached in it and got his/her cell phone to SNITCH like a BTCH?
