Regina King & Malcolm-Jamal Warner Deny Breakup Reports

Regina King and Malcolm-Jamal Warner are rumored to have called it quits. The actors have been dating for a couple of years now, but a new report from US Weekly suggested that the couple had called it quits. According to a “source,” Malcolm told Regina that he “wasn’t feeling it anymore,” and asked her and her son from  a previous marriage to move out of his home. Here’s a snippet of the report:

Theo Huxtable is once again a single man. After over two years of dating, Malcolm-Jamal Warner has split with girlfriend Regina King, a source confirms to Us Weekly — and it wasn’t the most amicable of partings. “He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore,” the source adds, explaining that Warner, 42, asked King and her young son (with ex-husband Ian Alexander Jr.) to move out of the house they shared. “She’s still very brokenhearted,” says the insider of the Southland actress, 42.

 

Welp, it appears the publication got it all wrong because Malcolm-Jamal Warner took to his Twitter account to deny the rumors, and even suggested that he’s not pressed to correct the media because he feels sometimes it’s better to let people be misinformed. He tweets (read from top to bottom):

Regina King however does want to set the record straight. The Southland actress took to her Twitter account to deny the rumors and said that she and Malcolm are “good.” She tweets:
