Queen Latifah talk show off to solid start in ratings? Queen Latifah is known to be dangerous on the mic as she remains one of the greatest female emcees of all time. And while Queen Latifah receives a massive amount of applause for her sick flow and equally awesome singing skills, she has proved herself to be a woman of many talents as she previously nabbed a spot on the cast of a popular 90’s sitcom and award winning movie roles too. As Queen Latifah’s list of accomplishments continues to grow, the star is always looking for different ways to grow her empire. Queen Latifah took a bold step into the talk show arena with her own show several years ago and she is now trying her hand at it again.
Queen Latifah launched her first talk show back in 1999 and the show remained on air until 2001. And many people are curious to see how the Queen will do in the daytime talk show arena this time around and so far things are looking very promising. “The Queen Latifah Show” has been getting very positive reviews thus far and is off to a pretty impressive start in the ratings department. According to a report from Deadline, “The Queen Latifah Show” debuted yesterday on CBS and managed to pull in solid numbers in viewership with a household rating of 1.7 and a 0.9/5 rating in women ages 25-54.
The way things are looking so far, Queen Latifah may have a gem on her hands.

Congratulations to Queen Latifah! The show actually caught me by surprise I wasn’t expecting it so soon I happen to stumble upon as my cousin was hanging channels. Latifah is doing excellent already having major celebrities like Alicia Keys Willow and Will Smith on the first week of her show! The Real and Kris Jenner don’t have a chance plus everybody knows Queen Latifah. Latifah will probably rank as the highest day time talk show host in the near future. I think Wendy Williams is the top ranking morning show host.
