The TLC biopic for VH1’s “CrazySexyCool” may have been a certified hit, but it’s still causing lots of drama for the surviving members of the hit girl group. T-Boz and Chilli have always been pretty honest and confirmed that they expected their former manager Pebbles Reid to file a lawsuit against them for how she was portrayed in the film, but they probably didn’t anticipate that her daughter would actually want to take the beef to a physical level.
Not too long after the movie debuted, Pebbles’ daughter Ashley Reid took to her own Twitter page to not only slam the film and call her mom’s portrayal in the film “lies,” but she also threatened to handle Chilli on the streets when she sees her (we do wonder why she didn’t mention T-Boz at all when T-Boz was also influential in the film too). She tweeted (read from bottom to top):
Chilli has released a statement on the matter and surprisingly she’s being very calm about the threat. She says:
She is defending her mother and that’s what any child would do, so I am not taking that personal. Telling our story wasn’t to hurt anyone, but we were honest. Like we’ve said, we actually could’ve said a lot more.
In related news, there is still plenty of good coming from the film. According to Billboard, since the movie’s debut, TLC’s sales for their “20” album have surged by 200%. In fact, the album could even reach the top 20 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Not bad. Congrats to TLC for their most likely comeback to the Billboard chart.
BHAHAHAHA!! I have been waiting for a clap back from Pebbles but it’s through her daughter. If this girl doesn’t sit her wanna be gangsta a-s down somewhere trying to threaten somebody lol. Gangsta but conveniently left out threatening T-boz because she knows T-boz gonna get in that a-s. I bet any money if Left eye was alive she wouldn’t threaten her either. So she trying to pick on the weakest Chili. If she really about that life no need to announce it just do it and furthermore TLC is signed back to LA Reid so Chili can’t be too hard to find. Have a plethora of seats girl TLC fans need to drag her on twitter this is hilarious lol.
Chilli has a point, a good point and it shows how mature she is. The daughter’s behavior however…not so much. Was she even around and old enough to understand what happened during that time? I doubt it. She needs to back off and let grown folks handle their business.

She didn’t say nothing to T-Boz because T would drag her wack a-s. And people will learn soon enough that short chicks can bang. I’ve seen them whoop lots of a-s growing up. Lol.
