DMX isn’t only struggling with lots of legal problems these days, but he’s also having some serious money problems. In fact, the rapper recently filed for bankruptcy because he claims he can’t afford to pay the $1.3 million he owes in unpaid child support. But now it’s being reported that a New York judge has shut down his filing.
The Associated Press is reporting DMX’s bankruptcy filing was rejected and the judge tossed out the filing due to the fact that DMX failed to provide any trustworthy information in the paperwork he submitted.
The rejection now makes the rapper fair game to his creditors, and he could lose his possessions including his share in a home located in a suburb of Mount Kisko.
The rapper’s rep released a statement on the rejected bankruptcy filing and insisted that DMX will continue to move forward in trying to obtain a passport so he can begin booking shows globally:
“Despite this recent obstacle, the team will continue to move forward with DMX’s national performances and we are still working relentlessly at obtaining his passport for his fans overseas.”
Karma.
I think this is his karma for neglecting his kids.
It’s a damn shame that it’s grown men out here who don’t want to take care of their kids, but they have no problem still going out here and getting women pregnant. It’s so trifling.
This is what this fertile deadbeat gets. I can’t stand men who don’t take care of their children.

Like y’all already said, this is definitely his karma. I used to be such a big fan back when Ruff Ryders was hot. I can’t believe he’s turned out to be such a failure in life and a terrible father. Oh well.
Wasted talent. But he’s lost a lot of respect from me because he turned his back on his own kids. That’s low down.
And I don’t feel not an ounce of sympathy.
Welp. When you do bad it catches up to you eventually.

People need to stop supporting these deadbeat dads. Stop giving them money because they aren’t spending it on their kids. And that goes for Stevie J. too.
