Rapper Ludacris’ baby mama Tamika Fuller claimed he only got married to his longtime love Eudoxie because he wanted an upper hand in their child custody battle, and it looks like his alleged plan worked out after all.
TMZ confirms Luda did indeed get primary custody of their daughter.
The site reports:
The decision comes after baby mama Tamika Fuller bitterly testified Luda didn’t want the baby when he found out she was pregnant, and even tried to negotiate an abortion by throwing 10K her way.
But sources connected with the rapper tell TMZ … the judge reviewed the report from an independent expert as well as the testimony and concluded Luda was the more fit parent.
Luda tells TMZ, “I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.”
If this marriage was really just to get the baby, Ludacris will get his in life…best believe. But I’m not feeling too sorry for her though. She willingly laid up with him while he was involved with someone else. This really seems like a side chick who was looking for the “paid baby mama” option in life.
I definitely think this was the case. It seemed like her attorney was on the attack about an abortion as to prove that she would be the fit parent.

Man this is so wrong on so many levels. If she isn’t on drugs, mentally unstable, abusive why is Ludacris getting custody of this child? This is the same man who won’t even put one picture of this child he barely acknowledged her unless he was fighting child support. So you snatch this baby from her mother who she has been with and probably comfortable with for over a year and place her with someone she probably barely knows. Now somebody correct me if I’m wrong has Ludacris even spent anytime with this child.

I guess the judge figured whoever has the most money is the better paren even though he wanted nothing to do with the child up until recently Sad.
This is crazy. He doesn’t even want that child. He just doesn’t want to pay child support.
I would disagree, abortions been coming out mouths of men for years. When the child is born doesn’t mean they love them less. How do we know he asked for an abortion. That is what she said. I’m not a luda fan in no way but I know how trifling these side pieces can be.
If she’s a side piece what does that make him? Luda is a grown man who needs to be held responsible too. And he’s despicable for asking her to abort the child period.
It makes him the bigger hoe. This man had a girl and still stuck his meat in another chick RAW. And now he expects his stupid new wife to take care of his side baby like a weak female. He sucks.
So if she was to just go and get an abortion without talking to him or if she asked him for money to get an abortion and he did not want it…would she be despicable too? Also, maybe she was just a groupie. Maybe she was just looking for a payout. hmmm, I don’t know and neither do you we just nosing in on 2nd hand information and giving our opinions. Women are real quick to say how ashamed the man should be but what about we as women who put ourselves in positions as such. A man can’t do no more than what we allow them to do to us.
Women are the ones who have to deal with the men they sneak with on the side or for 1 night. It’s reckless behavior on both parts but as a woman, why put yourself in a situation to have a baby with a man who is not committed to you on the “I DO”? If this was a regular dude, her butt will be down at the attorney general department with a regular case. Ain’t nobody fighting for custody; just for the payment. Step back into the reality.

Just because she is not on drugs or mentally unstable doesn’t make her a fit parent. I work at a hospital and there are a lot of BM’s who just want the child support money to continue living their party life and having all types of dudes in and out of their house. The child is left with anybody just so they can continue to buy weave and be out all night. I see it every day. I’m a woman and believe me, when I say I see it. It is truth. Now on the other hand, money does not make you more fit either. I don’t know his personal life but it seemed to me that she was back peddling on the stand and her attorney made it about an abortion as opposed how she would be the better parent. Did she have a place to live, did she have a job or was she relying on child support from Ludacris as a sole income. Their are a lot of factors that go into this. Maybe she ain’t sh*t. Hell, it’s common for men to ask for an abortion that’s been asked since the beginning of time and there are times when women just went and got an abortion without considering the father. For the women who considered and didn’t have an abortion, does that mean they love the baby less…No! It’s a thought that goes through many and end up feeling that keeping their baby was the best decision. I think that it was more factors in this and just because they were not all spilled in the tea room does not mean she get’s the sympathy card.
I don’t think anyone is giving her the sympathy card. Joint custody would have been fair in my opinion. What Luda did was shady and if she was that much of an unfit parent there would have been no need for him to be sneaky.
I think people are looking into this from a mother’s standpoint or their own motherly intuition. but the reality is there are a lot of children more so now a days who are with mom’s which can’t take care of them and use them as pawns to get money. Not all but a lot. Judges have to make a huge decision and stability plays a big part. She didn’t prove her case obviously and like I said instead of trying to prove that he initially didn’t want the baby, she needed to prove that she can care for her baby and have a stable place. This should have been her focus. If she had done that, she would have been able to keep her baby. I am not saying that he is an angel or reckless, I’m just saying that her focus should have been to prove that she is the better fit. Men are going to be men. My mom always said, a smiley face on every woman is the same so if you put it out there, he’ll partake. If you allow the partake and live that life, then she needed to and should have made sure she was protected. Either way it’s bad on both parts but that doesn’t make 1 person worse than the other.
You make great points but I think the idea here is that Luda didn’t deserve full custody. One thing you’ve said that I thoroughly agree with is that we don’t know all the facts. That’s applicable to both sides. Neither party proved to be negligent (that we know of), so why take the child away? Why not give joint custody? I’ve learned that fathers have just as much of a right to be in the lives of their children full-time just like mothers do. But this baby was taken for no reason. This is obviously the result of money talking. Gotta call a spade a spade.

As far as the wife is concern, if you marry someone who has children, that is a role she will have to be as well “a loving step mother” who can love her spouses kid as their own. I know my spouse did and still does. I can give two cents about any rapper, or entertainer. I appreciate their talent and may like some of their music but the truth of the matter is that a lot of women who gets pregnant by these men are the ones who all of a sudden don’t have a job or is living with someone. For those supporting this decision.. Don’t be too much into it. The State of Georgia had become a joke when it comes to custody cases. They tend to favor a side with more money especially if it is a celebrity. If she didn’t have a top notch lawyer then she was doomed from the beginning. All the judge could have done is give them 50 50 custody and reduce the amount of child support she gets. Georgia courts don’t like joint custody because they deem it as a hustle for the court and the parents involved. I don’t know what kind of lawyers she has but she needs to find a good one and stay away from the media as much as possible! So you strip her rights only to have another woman raise her child! He never wanted that child. This was a pay back for her running to the media and exposing him and escaping paying child support!

In fact a few journalists in Atlanta did a story on how corrupt these judges are like a year ago. I think it was posted on here because they interviewed Tameka Raymond. That judge was paid off duh.

Why can’t people agree to joint custody anymore?
I knew this would happen and the last post UB put on here regarding him getting married to create a stable environment I said it was possible. These Fulton county judges are corrupt as f-ck and their judge sits on the same bench as the one Tameka and Usher had so I’m really not too surprised. I think strike no. 1 against her was the fact she had Lisa West, also Tameka Raymond’s attorney and we all saw how that turned out. I think Lisa West will almost always lose a case in Fulton because she had Judge Lane removed from any case where she represents a client in that county and Judge Lane is the judge so that left a bad taste in the judges’ mouths for her. Strike no. 2 is the fact that he’s a celebrity and has the money to pay off these corrupt muthaf-kas just like Usher did. The judge claimed the reason she gave Luda the baby was becuz Tamika didn’t have a job and only brought in $800 a month, but I have seen judges order parents who didn’t have a job to find one in a certain amount of time, not take the child(ren) away becuz of it. This was clearly a pay off situation and rumor around Atlanta is that one of Luda’s business partners is dating one of the Fulton county judges, so there you have it. Then Luda’s b-tch a$$ gonna post that pic to instagram just to rub salt in the girl’s wounds. It’s unfortunate and I feel bad for her, but I’d appeal this sh-t with the quickness and get another lawyer in the process if I were her. He knows he aint want that baby, he just wanted to win, smfh.
