The other day Chris Brown’s baby mama quit Instagram because she got fed up with Chris’ fans accusing her of being a gold digger, and she responded by claiming that the singer hasn’t been taking care of their daughter Royalty financially.
But now Nia has made her move, and she’s ready to head to court for child support.
TMZ writes:
Multiple sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Chris has been paying baby Royalty’s mom, Nia Guzman, the $2,500, but the gravy train stopped in March. Our Chris sources say he stopped paying because Nia demanded $15k a month, which he thinks is ridiculous.
We’re told Chris says Nia’s treating the baby like a winning lottery ticket, but she claims he’s being incredibly cheap and their daughter is suffering as a result.
We’re told Nia’s lawyer, Carl Moore, will be filing legal docs in the next 2 weeks demanding back child support and a huge monthly hike.
2,500 is more than enough to take care of a child. I don’t understand why these baby mamas think they should live in luxury.

I hope she knows what she’s doing. With 3 potential fathers when the child was born, Chris might get primary custody like Luda.
I doubt it. Chris has had one too many brushes with the law for that to happen.
And it begins.
I would say he could get primary custody but the way he’s been handling the Tyson situation would hurt his chances. He’s really stupid.
Oh he doesn’t stand a chance in getting custody. Look at how he’s still running around with that gang with no remorse. He’ll be deemed unfit by the judge in seconds.
But I thought she was just bragging on that simp she’s with talking bout he’s providing for Royalty? So which one is it b-tch? Is the child struggling or is she well taken care of by your man?
This poor baby a gold digging mother trying to use her as a meal ticket but I don’t feel sorry for Chris this is what happens when you are whoring around and sleeping with anything moving that has a coochie. If Chris wasn’t so stupid he could get custody of Royalty but he is too immature and unstable.
Sometimes I wonder if Rih put a curse on this dude because he has been taking Ls since he hit her. I mean it’s like he’s going to be losing for the rest of his life.
Chris had issues way before Rihanna. His life is the way it is as a result of a lot of bad decisions he willingly made. It’s not a curse.
It was only a matter of time. I knew this was next after she threw him under a bus on Instagram.
I’m sure he pays more than $2500 a month alone to his personal bodyguards for his security. No doubt Nia will win in court but might not get the 15k a month she is seeking. More like 5k – 10k. Chris has talked about he has elevated Karreuche’s lifestyle to match his plus bought her a 200k Porsche so he should have no problems elevating his flesh and bloods lifestyle. He flys all around the world on private jets taking his bit@ch a$$ flunky crew along for the ride all on his dime but only paying $2500 for his daughter. Last time I checked OHB nor Karreuche are his blood or family. Chris is a lost cause and Nia should be concerned about the safety of the baby. A violent convicted felon and proud gang banger should NOT be left alone with anyone’s child. If I were her, I would file for supervised visitation only.
That’s what he gets. She’s a gold-digging tramp and he’s a hoe. Not an ounce of sympathy!
So she’s worried about getting more money and not keeping her child away from her gang banger dad and his gang banger friends? Mother of the Year she is.
