Former MLB star David Justice’s marriage to Halle Berry didn’t work out back in the 90s, and although both have since moved on with their lives, David still finds himself the target of rumors.
It’s all because Halle told the media a famous ex abused her but she refused to confirm his identity…leaving folks to speculate for years.
And David is fed up that his former wife won’t set the record straight and let the world know he wasn’t the one who abused her.
He tweeted about it not too long ago but he’s opening up about it more in a new interview.

I wish she would just clear all this up. It’s been years and people have been slandering all her exes while she sits pretty and keeps adding to her list of ex husbands.
Halle isn’t going to respond to this. She’ll continue to ignore it and let people trash him and all the others. She’s a Leo. And Leos are spiteful when they have been hurt.
I really don’t understand this man. Why is he and NOW his wife still discussing Halle. We all know by now Halle has relationship issues with men (which isn’t uncommon nowadays).What is exactly are they trying to accomplish? Everybody knows by now he wasn’t the one who abused her so why is he still talking about this. She was such a problem why aren’t you thanking your lucky stars that you got rid of her. I hate to bust his wife bubble but her marriage ain’t as solid as she thinks because her husband obviously can’t stop talking about his ex while she speaking on Halle worry about your marriage priorities boo.

Ummmmmm why does Halle need to make an announcement?? all of us folks no IT WASN’T HIM. I don’t see Christopher Williams speaking on this as of now ( and this rumor kinda messed up his career) or Wesley Snipes the man that actually did do it….this dude just wants attn he needs to have several seats and his wife needs to check him….cause Halle is never gonna give him what he wants
Yeah, I’m not going to drag him for trying to clear up his name. If any of us were in his shoes, we’d be feeling the same way. If he didn’t do it, he didn’t do it and she should at least dead it. We’ve seen Halle have multiple failed relationships, so I don’t know why it’s hard to believe she’s intentionally throwing this man under a bus. Too many people excuse Halle’s pettiness because she’s beautiful and famous. Just stop it already. And no, not everyone knows it was Wesley who did it. Hence people tweeting David and calling him an abuser last year when she divorced her last husband.

Child boo. Neither he nor Halle are perfect; now all of her exes are rallying against her. Halle needs to love herself and stop trying to save these men and vice versa. David Justice should have been said something. I was a little kid when I first heard rumors of him abusing/beating her; now I’m in my 30’s. Let it gooooooooooo-Frozen voice. I understand trying to clear your name, but he only started trying to do it when it was announced halle was getting divorced from Olivier Martinez. Then him and Eric “Sex Addict” Benet started bashing her. Kicking her while she was down. Maybe he didnt beat her until she lost her hearing, but something happened IMO.
