Chris Brown Hit with Another Lawsuit

According to Gossip Cop, Liziane Gutierrez is moving forward with a lawsuit even though police didn’t feel she had a real case:

As Gossip Cop reported, Gutierrez claimed Brown punched her during a New Year’s party he threw at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Gutierrez filed a police report that alleged Brown screamed at her and hit her in the right eye after she snapped a photo of him at a private after-party following his New Year’s Eve concert at the hotel. But, as we reported, Gutierrez oddly never went to the hospital.

And while her claims were investigated, criminal charges against Brown ultimately weren’t pursued because the police didn’t find enough evidence to warrant him being prosecuted for battery. Now Gutierrez is seeking civil recourse for the alleged attack. She’s filed a lawsuit against Brown in Nevada, but now says it was the singer OR someone in his entourage who threw the supposed punch to her “face and/or arm and/or hands.”

Gutierrez is suing for not just battery, but also theft, as she claims her cell phone was taken during the incident. There’s also a defamation claim stems from a video of Brown dissing her as “too ugly” to make it into his parties. At the time of Gutierrez’s accusations, Brown’s rep exclusively told Gossip Cop that her story about being punched in the eyes was “unequivocally untrue” and a “complete fabrication.”

Chris Brown’s camp tells Gossip Cop Liziane is not telling the truth and she was kicked out the party for allegedly being out of control.
