Simone Biles’ Biological Mom is Not Happy

Simona Biles’ biological mom recently did an interview with TMZ, and she claims she needed to speak up because she feels her father was too harsh while addressing the adoption situation.

Shanon Biles tells TMZ:

“I feel like they’re defaming my character because I know what happened, I was struggling back then. I’ve gotten better and life goes on. That’s my past. It should be left that…the past.

“I feel like he didn’t have to be so harsh with it. I am his first-born. He could have been a lot more classy about it. He didn’t have to put me under the bus like that.

“I did go through my struggles and everything but you didn’t have to go through it the way you went through it.”

Shanon tells TMZ she’s been sober since 2007 and she speaks and spends time with Simone when possible.

Check out the video below as well as a clip from the interview that made Shanon feel some type of way:

  1. I don’t understand what her dad said that was so wrong. He simply said she had some drug problems so he adopted their granddaughters. Is that not the truth?

  2. Messy they need to all not speak and let this young lady shine and do her thing thay need to be mute…I aint never heard Kelly Rowland mom talk about why, what, where and how LOL

      1. Kelly’s mother passed just after Kelly’s baby boy was born a year or two ago. Kelly’s career has spanned all of the 2000s. There was not a negative word about what happened with her mother and why she lived with the Knowles’ family.

  3. He wasn’t even disrespectful. This woman is clearly embarrassed about what went down but you can’t change the past or act like the past didn’t happen. But I do agree people are making too much fuss about this. She’s adopted. So what? A lot of people are. What’s the big deal?
