Emily is nervous.
Joseph is currently outside having a smoke wit Agu and Emily is worried Agu may spill the beans on their previous hookup.
“Joseph is leaving in the morning so I’m just trying to survive and get though the night.” – Emily
Emily is feeling really guilty so she decides she wants to leave the restaurant early and end the night to lessen the risk of things going left.
“I just think Joseph and Emily just need time away from everybody.” – Larry
Larry gives up his suite and bed so Emily and Joseph can have some quiet couple time. They go straight to his bed when they get back to the house.
Larry and Bianca feel bad for Joseph.
Knowing what went down between Emily and Agu, Larry and Bianca just don’t feel comfortable being around Joseph.
Luckily, he leaves the next morning and Emily is relieved to see him go.
Larry explains to Emily that he invited Joseph prior to all the drama that went down with Agu. Emily is fine with that and is thankful Joseph went home not knowing the situation.
Jermaine and Malaku still question Larry’s choices.
Jermaine and Malaku go to the beach in the morning and discuss Larry admitting that he has a boo in his life despite his weird relationship with Bianca.
They agree that Bianca has a lot of feelings and there’s no way things are going to end well.
Kamani’s feelings for Agu are starting to change.
After spending a lot of time together, Kamani now feels like she has a connection with Agu. She’s excited to see what happens between them.
Later at dinner, Emily feeds Agu some of her crab and it annoys Kamani.
Emily thanks the group for not telling Joseph about what went down with Agu.
Larry takes the opportunity to call Agu out for having a cigar with Joseph and almost giving Emily a heart attack.
Emily then goes into the story of Agu being the first person she met on the trip.
“Oh here we go.” – Kamani
“It’s hilarious.” – Kamani
“I met Agu before you Kamani.” – Emily
Emily says that she loves her boyfriend but she respects her friendship with Agu.
“I have guy friends I’ve never f*cked around with. And I never will.” – Kamani
“I’ma tell you how I f*cking felt. The only person who had my back was Agu.” – Emily
The show then flashes back to a scene of Agu trying to calm Emily down after her first showdown with Kamani.
Emily also feels bad that she got so drunk and has no idea if she went all the way with Agu or not.
“I wish you remembered.” – Larry
“Me too! Let’s get to the f*cking truth.” – Emily
Kamani gets really angry at this point and yells for Emily to lower her voice. She also tells Emily that she’s not being honest and she knows that she did in fact do some things with Agu.
“Any broad that’s just going to roll up in some man’s room, I’m assuming that you sucked his d*ck.” – Kamani
“B*tch, you said something about d*ck sucking? How the f*ck is this b*tch? Want to talk about me sucking anything when I don’t even f*cking know.” – Emily
They begin to argue back and forth as Kamani explains that she’s never put herself in a situation like that with a male friend.
Emily’s defense is she felt attacked by Kamani on their first night in Cabo and felt vulnerable.
After Emily refers to Agu as family, Kamani laughs in her face.
“Don’t talk about family honey. You don’t sleep with your family.” – Kamani
Emily gets angry and leaves the restaurant and busts the door wide open as she walks out.
The gang decides to go to a nightclub and party away all of the drama.
“Everybody is having a great time except for Emily.” – Larry
It’s obvious Emily is upset still from dinner, and she sits down in a corner at the club and bites off her nails again.
Kamani and Agu are having great time together and they dance on each other all night.
Emily gets frustrated and gets back into the car and passes out. Larry tells the rest of the group that they need to leave and head back to the house.
“She white boy drunk.” – Jermaine
Kamani is annoyed that Emily has forced everyone to leave the club early.
Agu gets caught up, again.
In the car, Emily puts her head in Agu’s lap and Agu puts his hand up her skirt.
“I mean who hooks up in the backseat of a car when you’re grown people. So gross.” – Bianca
Larry gets really heated and calls out both Emily and Agu while riding in the car. He tells Agu that he needs to take responsibility of the mess that he’s caused by messing with Emily and Kamani. He also tells Emily that she needs to end things with Joseph if she’s not going to be faithful.
Kamani rode in a separate car and she asks Agu what popped off in the car he rode in. He doesn’t answer and Kamani remains in the dark about all the drama.
Agu knows he needs to have a serious conversation with Kamani.
He realizes that although he likes Kamani, he’s still not ready for a serious relationship.
Kamani and Emily hash it out.
They talk about the heated conversation they had the night before at dinner.
Kamani feels like things got too messy, and she makes peace with Emily. Emily is confused by Kamani’s actions but decides to drop the beef and move on.
Emily also admits that she drinks too much and it leads her to saying and doing things she regrets. Kamani encourages her to calm down on the booze.
Meanwhile, Larry urges Agu to be honest with Kamani.
The gang heads to the beach and Agu comes clean with Kamani.
The group watches on in annoyance as Kamani oils up Agu on the beach.
After Bianca demands he tells Kamani the truth now, Agu agrees and has a conversation with Kamani.
He tells Kamani about what went down in the car with Emily and he also admits that he placed his hand down her skirt.
This does not sit well with Kamani and she abruptly ends the conversation and walks away.
She walks off to the bathroom and tells Bianca that she’s furious and humiliated. In a confessional, she sheds some tears.
“I haven’t given my heart to somebody in a really long time because off sh*t like this.” – Kamani
She cries in the bathroom as Bianca comforts her. She also decides she can no longer sleep in the same room with Emily.
Agu is waiting for her outside of the bathroom but Kamani is too angry to talk.
“Don’t f*cking talk to me, Agu. Just leave me the f*ck alone.” – Kamani
“I’m not attracted to Emily. You won’t see that side of Agu again.” – Agu
Kamani tells Agu actions are louder than words and she’s done with him.
Emily decides it would be best for her to move out of the room she shares with Kamani. She moves back in with Agu.
Kamani is rethinking the trip.
Kamani tells Larry through tears that she’s humiliated and she no longer wants to remain on the trip.
Emily is thinking about ending her relationship with Joseph.
Emily gets emotional and tells Bianca that she feels like her life is out of control. She doesn’t know if she can continue to stay in the relationship knowing what happened with Agu.
Agu tries to talk to Kamani again but she’s not interested in talking.
What are your thoughts on the episode?
Agu needs to be real and admit that he wants to juggle both Kamani and Emily. It’s obvious.
Why is no one calling out the potential for her to have easily gotten him caught up in an attempted rape or sexual molestation charge? If the drunk b-tch had decided to press charges against him his a-s would’ve been grass. Why don’t these stupid black men learn to stop messing around with these chicks?
Emily is a hot mess but Agu is a bigger mess for continuing to mess around with her.
The shadiness of these folks. How you break bread with someone knowing she messing around with someone else and then let them sleep together in your bed. I usually read the re-cap but I started watching it and it’s worse
Kamani should have never went against her gut. Agu is not someone you waste your time on.
Agu ain’t smart. Watch him smash Emily again before the season is over.
Disappointed Kamani have him a chance despite her common sense.
