WE tv Pushes Back Premiere Date for Tamar Braxton’s New Show, ‘Get Ya Life!’

Tamar went public with her issues with We tv.

Braxton Family Values” star Tamar Braxton continues to be a hot topic in the media. Recently, it was reported that she attempted to take her life. Sources claimed that the trigger for Tamar was her new show. When a trailer for “Get Ya Life” went viral, hours later Tamar was found unconscious.

Her boyfriend David Adefeso revealed some things in his call to 911. David said that Tamar had been having issues with WE tv.

Prior to this, Tamar vented about the network on social media. She claimed that her family is underpaid for their hit show. She also claimed producers are responsible for the family’s issues with each other.

In an alleged email to the network, Tamar also revealed that a physical altercation may have happened recently.

It was also rumored that Tamar wasn’t happy about Mona Scott Young being brought in to produce her latest show, “Get Ya Life.”

WE tv pushes back Tamar’s new show.

“Get Ya Life” was set to premiere this month, but WE tv has now pushed back its premiere date.

The network released the following statement:

Tamar Braxton has been an incredibly important member of the WE tv family for more than a decade, and our first concern is for her recovery and well-being. Given the current situation, we are postponing the premiere of “Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!” until September 10. This series was conceived by Tamar and is a real portrait of a dynamic woman juggling the demands of being a single mother, a new relationship and her career. We know, when the time is right, Tamar’s fans will relate to seeing this honest portrait of her life, but – at this moment – we are joining with her fans and sending strength and healing in the hope that she is getting the support and help she needs at this difficult time.
