Issues with WE tv have taken Tamar to a dark place mentally.
Tamar Braxton hasn’t been happy with the behind the scenes politics of “Braxton Family Values.” Before her suicide attempt, she actually called out the producers on Twitter. One of her issues was she feels she and her family are underpaid. But she also feels believes the producers have been instigating drama between family members.
In an email, Tamar also appeared to hint at a physical altercation taking place, too.
While her issues with WE tv were put front and center, Tamar’s boyfriend David Adefeso became a target of gossip.
Some reports claimed he’s controlling and he’s been pulling Tamar’s strings. And it was him who took issue with the trailer for Tamar’s new show, “Get Ya Life.” However, Towanda Braxton would shoot down these reports. She also said that no one in the family had been in contact with the media.
Tamar breaks her silence.
Hours ago, Tamar released an official statement. She once again discussed her issues with WE tv and confirmed not being able to get out of her contract pushed her to the edge. Moving forward, she wants to be the voice for other reality stars and change things.
Interestingly enough, WE tv has now revealed that they have released Tamar from her contract.
