Married to Medicine” returns Sunday, March 7 after a new episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Even though the show has been in hiatus mode, fans still had plenty to talk about. Mariah Huq is no longer on the show. She caused quite the stir on social media after revealing she didn’t receive a contract for season 8. Later on, she would make a lot of accusations about the producers. And she alleged that Purveyors of Pop told her she couldn’t wear a hijab while filming her green screen interview.

Mariah also alleged that she wasn’t allowed to be involved in the spinoff shows.

These days, Mariah feels she was treated differently than her non-black counterparts. Some viewers agree. They even created a petition urging people to boycott Bravo because of what happened with Mariah and NeNe Leakes.

With some fans committed to the cause, they continue to be very vocal on social media. They want people to know they won’t be watching the newest season. And they don’t mind telling this to the remaining cast members.

Interestingly enough, Toya Bush-Harris responded after someone let her know they refuse to watch.
