Miss Kitty and Charmaine Bey’s friendship was challenged over business.

Black Ink Crew Chicago” star Charmaine Bey decided she wanted to open her own tattoo shop after things didn’t work out at 9Mag. Over the years, she’s clashed with Ryan Henry a lot over how he wanted to run the shop. He often felt as if Charmaine and a few of the others didn’t respect him as a business owner. So he fired Charmaine, Van Johnson, and Lily Barrios. Though things didn’t work out, Charmaine and Ryan were able to fix their friendship. Interestingly enough, Charmaine is now seeing just how difficult it is to run a shop and maintain friendships as she works hard to save 2nd City Ink.

Miss Kitty had a nasty fall out with Ceaser and the New York crew. So Charmaine asked her to bring her talents and skills to 2nd City Ink. At first, their biggest issue was with Jess Simpson. But now Jess is gone. And tension appears to be forming between Kitty and Charmaine on the current season.

At times, the two women have disagreed on how to run the shop. For Charmaine, she wants Kitty to understand that she is still the boss of the entire operation. As for Kitty, she thinks Charmaine could stand to listen to her ideas a lot more. So they will clash on the upcoming episodes.

Some fans have already been vocal about the demise of Charmaine and Kitty’s friendship. And Charmaine had something to say recently after someone said that Kitty was just trying to be a real friend.
