OLG isn’t where Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker want it to be just yet.

Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss has a new spinoff. “Kandi & the Gang” focuses on her experiences in the restaurant industry with OLG. And so far, it hasn’t been smooth sailing. In fact, Kandi and Todd Tucker are trying to fix the issues. There have been complaints about staff, as well as waiting times to get a seat. So Todd and Kandi figured that they couldn’t get things on track until they made some changes to management. So they brought in Phillip Frempong to be the Director of Operations. Phillip is someone who also worked at their other restaurant Blaze. Since he did a great job there, it was assumed that he was the missing piece that OLG needs. However, there have already been complaints about Phillip from the staff. He’s been accused of being too cold sometimes. And others feel he’s condescending and pretentious.

Interestingly enough, there have also been some complaints about Kandi and Todd. In fact, the hostess Shawndreca Robinson told others that it seems as if Kandi and Todd “don’t give a f*ck” about what happens at OLG. She’s also complained about pay. In her opinion, she’s underpaid.

When Shawndreca’s comments got back to the couple, Todd said that she happens to be one of the main problems at OLG. And some fans have questioned why Kandi has decided not to fire Shawndreca and others at the restaurant who lack professionalism.

Well, Kandi addressed this. And it comes down to loyalty and the pandemic.

    1. I like Kandi; however, holding grudges is only hurting you. While you’re walking around mad the other person/people have moved on and are at peace not even thinking about you. How much better it is to talk out the issue and resolve the hurt feelings and move forward after the apologies and resolution has been made. Forgiveness is for you as much as it is for the other person. It provides peace of mind and heart. That doesn’t mean you have be in relationship with the person. It just means you’ve moved on.

    1. Exactly and that’s why customers don’t want to return me and my cousins visited last year and the food and service was horrible it seemed like a club instead of restaurant.

  1. Those are the same people that will be working at a low class restaurant call of their lives. She gave them a job, but she is not mentoring them! The only other job that they are qualified for is MsDonalds, Burger King, Popeyes, etc. No classy restaurant!
