The latest season of RHOA received a lot of criticism.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans were very critical of the most recent season. Complaints on social media called out issues with editing and the chemistry of the cast members. Some even questioned if giving Marlo Hampton a peach was the best direction for producers to take. Kenya Moore agreed with this perspective. In her opinion, Marlo brings the show down. Kenya also accused producers of editing scenes out of episodes to protect Marlo’s image. She went on to say that their alleged protection of Marlo really hindered her own performance. And she doesn’t think she’s been treated fairly in comparison.
Other RHOA fans expressed they took issue with Drew Sidora‘s nasty breakup with Ralph Pittman. There were scenes in which Ralph wasn’t all that empathetic to Drew despite her being his wife. Drew’s own sister Allison Jordan even tried to make him understand how he was out of line. And it didn’t make sense for him to support Courtney Rhodes over his spouse. Now that fans suspect Courtney is Ralph’s alleged side chick from Tampa, some viewers believe Drew’s situation is too dark to enjoy seeing play out on the show. Interestingly enough, some fans feel like Drew carried the season with her personal story. Although it was compelling, ratings were weak all season long.
Kandi Burruss confirmed a cast shakeup is being considered.
As the season began to wrap up, rumors about the upcoming season went viral. Some suspected producers would reach out to popular vets like Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks to return. However, Phaedra will appear on the next season of “Married to Medicine” instead. Blogger B Scott said producers were considering firing all of the current cast members. And they wanted to bring in a whole new group of women to freshen things up because it’s time for new stories and smaller salaries. This didn’t sit well with some viewers because, like Kenya, they feel production is the issue.
Well, Kandi Burruss was asked about all of this during a recent interview. She told iHeart Radio, “Do whatever you need to do.”
She continued, “I’ve been over here 14 seasons. So I’ve seen different cast mates come and go. Some I was sad to see go, some I’ve seen go and come back. And I know people constantly need to see change to feel like they’re getting something.”
Some fans think Kandi may have confirmed there is a chance the whole cast will be replaced.
“So if they feel like they need to make changes then find a cast that you think is gonna work. Do I think they’re gonna find a whole cast of people that’s gonna work and satisfy our fans? Probably not.”
I think the problem is RHOA is too stale now. Kandi had a few others stayed around too long. They have nothing new to show.
Kandi and the other ladies have nothing that THEY want to show. They didn’t have production issues when they were the ones who were favored. They now only want to do commercials for their products.

Kandi doesn’t like to be called out but I found the attempted Outing of Drew to be pretty disgusting. I say even if Drew wanted to be with a woman, that’s her business. Not everyone wants to be loud about their bed activities. I truly believe that if that were true, Drew may want to speak to her mother and kids about what will be said in the public about her.
The fact none of them received pick up letters by now says a lot.

I e been saying for years they need to new cast, these argument beefs are redundant, and it’s sucks the life out of you. Kenya only storyline is her saying her divorce is still baking. I mean she’s acting like she has Rocfella money and it’s high profile, it’s not beloved. Just get all new ladies
Every season has become exactly the same! I only watch clips now. Even the clips I might not even do that anymore out of boredom.

I think they all need to be replaced. As viewers none of them have any story line anymore. I stopped watching after Porsha left. Marlo is so ghetto, I get tired of Todd buying real estate and no profit, tired of Kandy whining all the time and could care less if she’s even on the show. Then comes Kenja and the divorce that’s been going on for two years and dragging her baby on trips for a story that no one believes. Should go on?
Drew carried the show this season. It was sad to watch. Should be less advertising businesses and more storyline. I don’t think NeNe coming back would be an improvement. She’s too arrogant and Greg is no longer around to balance it with his gentle side.
Keep Kandi and Drew, bring back Porcha the rest New cast please they have no story to tell that is interesting their lives are boring especially Marlo and the track star her name forgotten fast. Kenya needs to finish her divorce too arugumentive and having another baby is not a storyline. Those newbies that showed up bye..
Kandi needs to go too. Too many times all she does is use her puppets/pawns for her sex events. She stays sober while they are abnormally drunk and participate in sexual activities that effect their lives (on and off of the show) while she directs their activities and tries to hide her hand until she decides to leak information on them. She yells and screams when people attempt to hold her accountable and gets her pawns to stand up for her when she is wrong and has no real relevance on the show any longer.

It’s time for reboot. The good cast members are gone and the long time ones are complacent and not worth watching (i..e it’s past time that Kandi and Kenya leave). Drew was good the first season, and her issues kept the show going this year but she has become and Kandi puppet/pawn like too many of them. A reboot is needed. It was needed when Phaedra, NeNe and Porsha left. I liked that fact that Marlo and Sheree stood up to Kandi though. And Cynthia used her lot up on the show with her bad marriage that most of us knew was for relevance and would most likely end. The reboot hopefully, will include a cast with some class.
Bring back the actual housewives which right now is Kandi and Drew. The rest of them can be let go….
I feel Kenya has nothing to offerr to the show. Same old stuff with her divorce and that baby,she seems to take with her when children should not be allowed
