The backlash isn’t slowing down for Mia Thornton.
Mia Thornton has been getting dragged by “Real Housewives of Potomac” fans on social media. Many of them think she was out of line to assault Wendy Osefo. While the ladies were filming the current season, Peter Thomas told Mia that his business deal with Wendy didn’t work out. So he was offended that she just showed up in Miami without even giving him a heads-up. When Mia confronted Wendy about this, it immediately turned into an argument. Wendy didn’t like that Mia said that she should have checked in with Peter. And as a married woman, Wendy told Mia that she only checks in with Eddie Osefo. The argument resulted in Mia throwing a drink at Wendy and assaulting her with her purse.
The comments haven’t been kind. And the recent episode surely didn’t help things since Mia didn’t take accountability for the events that transpired. Instead, she accused Karen Huger of not having her back. Plus, she agreed after Robyn Dixon and Gizelle Bryant said Karen could have de-escalated the situation. She also tried to kick out Candiace Dillard Bassett and Ashley Darby for supporting Wendy.
Well, Mia has seemingly been trying to remain a good sport about the backlash she’s been receiving.
She also responded when an Instagram user teased that the comments aren’t on her side.
The person wrote, “MISS MAN MIA 😩 😩 😩 please ✋ because one thing about the comments!! BABY they NOT on your side! 🤡 🤡 🤡”
In response, Mia said, “I’m used to it, been hated since high school. Nothing knew. Fuels my hustle, so Thankful!”
Mia has deleted her Twitter account just to reactivate it more times than I can count. She’s very much bothered.
Mia really needs to grow up. Although, I am not a fan of Wendy, I was rooting for you until you showed your childish and petty side. I guess that’s why Jacqueline cut you loose because of your vindictiveness. Why get your girl on the show to embarrass her? Grow TF up

Let’s be real about this situation including Peter & Mia! For one my husband would have contacted Peter, regarding his comment about his wife not telling him she would be in Miami (that’s not cool) at all. Robyn, Gizelle, Charisse really………

Mia, girl that save was weak. Wendy has a slick mouth and you fell for the Okey dokey. You made a fool of yourself and got nothing for it.
Wendy should of punched Mia in her mouth for being in her business and when she thru the drink and hit me with your purse call the ambulance women down
If Wendy would have punched Mia more damage would have came to Wendy’s hands. Mia face looks extremely hard like a stack of bricks and cement.
No Mia shouldn’t be fired. What about all the things Candiace has done in past season. If Mia goes then Candiace should go too
Mia needs to stop. I don’t know if anyone is jealous of her but what I do know is, she is petty and messy. Mia instigated that mess with Wendy “on behalf” of Peter and couldn’t handle the smoke from Wendy and responded by throwing her drink and using her purse. I was rooting for Mia but I think she is trying too hard to fit it with the “green eyed-bandits.”
Robyn needs to be removed from show. She instigated the violent Mia. I hope that Wendy sees Mia and Robyn is removed from RHOP.
