Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby have entered the fashion business.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” stars Ashley Darby and Gizelle Bryant have received criticism for years over their fashion choices. While the fans haven’t held back their opinions on social media, some of their costars have been critical of their fashion as well. Karen Huger in particular has not only come for Gizelle’s style in green screen interviews, but in person as well. Karen said Gizelle is such a horrible dresser that she suffered secondhand embarrassment. Despite the criticism, Gizelle and Ashley decided to recently launch a clothing line together. And it’s just not any clothing line, it’s an athleisure line. This will be addressed during the upcoming episode.
In a preview, Ashley is with Karen, Wendy Osefo, Candiace Dillard-Bassett, and Nneka Ihim. She tells them a lot has changed in her life and she’s just trying to keep up with all of the changes.
“I’m just going through a lot. My life is changing so much. I have my house, I have my kids.”
Karen adds, “And an athletic line with Gizelle.”
Ashley confirms the joint business, “My athleisure line. Yeah, we’re doing athleisure, GNA (Gizelle and Ashley).”
Wendy Osefo is perplexed.
This is immediately baffling to Wendy, “You and Gizelle?”
After Ashley once again confirms the new line, Wendy asks, “Creating clothes?”
Ashley catches the shade and laughs, “Athleisure, *****, athleisure!”
Wendy doesn’t let up, “Is it an April Fools joke?”
Ashley responds, “What?! Whatever, Wendy!”
In a green screen interview, Ashley suggests Wendy is a bit “bothered.”
“The louder the cackle, the more they’re bothered. Okay?”
As for Wendy, she asked producers if they had been paying attention to how Ashley and Gizelle dress.
“Do you see them get dressed every day? What?”
As the scene goes on, the margarita Wendy purchased from a nearby gas station starts to kick in and the laughs continue.
I’ve seen their clothes for this new athleisure line and I was not impressed. Ashley and Gizelle are so unserious. They just troll and it’s boring now.
I feel the same exact way. Gizelle hurts this show a lot. She makes it dark.
This clip was funny and refreshing. Funny how I only like this season when Gizelle isn’t around. Terrible season. 🤷🏾♀️
RHOP is really flopping. Never thought I’d see the day. Bravo has been dropping the ball left and right lately. Shame.
Wendy and Karen throw the best shade.
The ay that gizelle and Ashley dresses, I can image what those athleisure wear looks. Ashley dresses sleazy and Gizelle doesn’t dress like a woman with 3 impressionable daughters. They both need to set better examples for their children. Grace seems more mature than her mother.
Ashley dresses tacky and Giselle just dresses. Ashley is all most inwork out wear. Giselle didn’t know she is wearing.
