On the latest episode of “Power Book II: Ghost,” Tariq continues to struggle in college. While he’s now reading the books assigned for his canonical class, it’s clear that his unique opinions on the material aren’t sitting well with his professors, However, he finds more trouble when he tries to fit in.
Tasha is convinced she can testify. Meanwhile, she now is burdened to prove she’s not a queen pin. Maclean isn’t sold on Tasha’s abilities. So he sets up a mock trial. After Tasha falls apart, Maclean realizes that he’s going to have to make things about Saxe.
With the attorney bills climbing, Tariq is feeling the pressure. So he asks Monet if they can work together. While she ends up agreeing, Lorenzo gets involved. And he makes a phone call to Tasha that makes her fear for Tariq’s life.
