The gloves are officially off. As we recently reported, Kordell and Porsha Stewart are getting a divorce. While there is a group of people including NeNe Leakes who aren’t shocked and saw it coming, Porsha’s camp insists the reality star was blindsided by Kordell filing the paperwork because he asked Porsha not to do it since he wanted to work through their problems. It’s most likely that the couple’s issues became more serious thanks to their appearance on Real Housewives of Atlanta, and things got even more complicated when fans of the show began to label Kordell as being too controlling of Porsha, claims Kordell has denied. Regardless, both parties seem to be moving forward with the impending divorce, and although Kordell doesn’t want to pay Porsha spousal support, she’s still requesting it in her paperwork.

It looks like Kordell is fighting back against Porsha’s demand for the house and spousal support because in new documents obtained by TMZ the retired football player is claiming that Porsha stays out all hours of the night drinking and partying, while neglecting her “duties” of watching his son from his past relationship. Here’s a snippet of the report from TMZ:

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha fired the first shot … filing a motion that claimed Kordell was locking her out of the house — and bringing another woman into the home.

But in his response Kordell claims he only locks the house at night for security purposes. He claims the real problem is Porsha frequently leaves home for several days straight … and sometimes comes back between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM smelling like alcohol.

As we previously reported … Kordell filed for divorce last month.

The ex-NFL star also claims Porsha called the police twice to let her into the house … even though she has a key to enter the property.

As for Porsha’s claim of “another woman” in the house — Kordell says it’s the nanny he was forced to hire because Porsha is “neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson.

As we recently reported, Kordell has filed paperwork claiming he shouldn’t have to pay Porsha child support because she is able-bodied and able to make money herself. Porsha shot back at the claims in her paperwork and said she’s owed spousal support because he made her give up her career to be a housewife.

  1. Kordell is a straight b-tch. Porsha ain’t no saint either but Porsha is still suppose to watch his son while he divorces her. Oh and then she suppose still watch his son then work because he doesn’t want to pay spousal support. WTF Then he throws a bi-ch fit because he has to hire a nanny. What the hell is he doing where he can’t take care of his child isn’t he retired. And where is his son’s mother. Why is the responsibilities of HIS son falling solely on Porsha shoulders?

    1. Thank you. The whole thing is absurd. If anything, I hope Porsha learns from all of this. It’s better to be able to hold your own and be with someone who wants you to have a mind of your own. Only weak men want to boss you around, and they make terrible, bossy husbands.

  2. LOL. Here’s another example of Kordell being a controlling douche bag. Why on earth would Porsha want to look after YOUR son when you’re divorcing her and she’s having to fight for spousal support? Chile…

  3. Kordell just keeps showing his true colors. He needs to call his ex and have her watch her own child. It’s no longer Porsha’s responsibility.

  4. Porsha shouldn’t have to come home when he WANTS her to or watch the child. Their marriage is over and he was the one who decided to end it. He needs to call up his baby mama and make her watch the child.

  5. So Kordell wants Porsha to still be a babysitter when he was the one that filed for divorce. LOL. Boy stop.
