Lil Kim is not happy with what her friend Eve had to say about her recently.
During a recent episode of “The Talk,” the hosts were talking about being hated on by someone at the first sight.
During the discussion, Eve decided to do a bit of storytelling to support her argument that it can happen. She told a story of how she first met Lil Kim after signing her record deal with Rough Ryders. Eve claims that although they are now friends, Kim gave her the cold shoulder at first.
I think it does happen. When I started in the music business, I was a big, big fan of Lil Kim. And I just thought there was this big sisterhood in the music business.
So I would just run up to her and be like, “Oh my God! Oh my God Kim, I love you so much. I just got signed. Can you please be on my album?”
And she just looked at me like… ‘Uh-uh. Yeah.’
I kept going up to her, I kept going up to her, and finally I was like I should stop. I should stop going up to her. And I don’t think she hated me. I think I was just so, over-excited to meet her. I have to say that one day, we sat across from each other, years later at dinner, and we bonded. We bonded over our dogs, we bonded over other things and I love Kim so much now til this day.

Afterwards, the clip was shared on Twitter and Lil Kim quickly responded. She felt some type of way about the way Eve described her to be cold towards her when they first met. She also expressed a strong desire to join “The Talk” to debate the subject.
Eve just can’t stop bringing up other female rappers I see lol.
I mean it either went down that way or it didn’t. I love Kim but multiple people have said she was a b word the first time they interacted. It happens. Not everyone is going to be friendly to people they don’t know like that.
I believe Eve.
Kim can be mean as sh-t if she thinks someone is a threat to her throne. I love her but I ain’t blind. I’m sure Eve told the truth.
I don’t care for Kim because of the way she disrespected Faith Evans. Biggie was still married to Faith and Kim disregarded it.
