Jennifer Hudson has found lots of success since losing on “American Idol” and now that she has an Oscar thanks to her role on “Dreamgirls” and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, it’s pretty clear she’s only going to do bigger and better things in her career. But considering she had to share the spotlight with one of music’s biggest stars in the film that got her the Oscar, it didn’t lake long for rumors suggesting there was some kind of beef to start making rounds.
Jennifer Hudson and the lovely Angela Bassett recently stopped by Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live” to promote her upcoming film, Black Nativty, and Jennifer took a moment to set the record straight. When asked if she had beef with Beyonce back when they were filming the movie, J-Hud says:
“There [were] never any rifts at all. That is still my girl to this day. I love her. We’ve always been good.”

It’s good to read about successful women of color getting along.
I never thought they had beef anyway. I think the media ran with this manufactured beef again. Sigh people act like black women can’t get along and sincerely wish each other well.
I never believed the rumors anyway. I think Beyonce knows she can’t be nasty to people because it would be everywhere in just a matter of minutes. People wait for her to slip, so she stays humble. Plus I think she’s genuinely a nice person. I’m glad they are cool.

Beyonce’s haters lose again. They just swore up and down her and J-Hud had beef.
I never believed the rumor anyway. I’m so happy for J-Hud and all of her success. She is really doing so big things.
I’m glad they get along. Lord forbid black women actually treat each other with respect and don’t put each other down let white media tell it. Smh.
