Toya Wright has had a pretty dramatic last 48 hours. The reality star and former wife to Lil Wayne was arrested for reportedly failing to pay a speeding ticket, but she’s more upset about how the media reported the situation. Apparently she was referred to on numerous outlets as Lil Wayne’s baby mama, and it made her furious because she is actually his ex-wife. She felt the title was nothing more than the media’s way to cut her down.
In a recent interview with Atlanta radio station Streetz 94.5, she says:
“I totally get it…that’s the way I was introduced to the media, but it’s also a form of disrespect. I’m married, and for one I was married to him. If you’re going to say anything about Lil Wayne, don’t say baby mama cause he got like four of those. Say ‘ex-wife.’ Don’t address me as his baby mama cause I wasn’t that and I’m someone else’s wife now.”

I feel her but I mean that’s how we pretty much learned who she was. She was his baby mama before she became his wife. It is what it is.
She was a baby mama before she became a wife. That’s what people remember I guess. It doesn’t really matter though. It’s nothing to get her down. She’s done pretty well for herself. So who cares right?
But how long were they even married? From what I recall it didn’t last long.

Well the man has a lot of baby mamas so I think it’s just a force of habit. Just saying…
But she had no problem being called Wayne’s baby mama when she was trying to get her foot in the door to be a reality star & build her brand. Girl bye lol people never cease to amaze me.
