As we reported recently, Ludacris has been heading to court back and forth to shut down his new baby mama’s child support requests. Luda is trying his hardest to dodge paying Tamika Fuller $15,000 a month, but the rapper only wants to fork over $1800 a month. Interestingly enough, Ludacris says he can’t pay more than $1,800 because Paul Walker’s death has caused the next “Fast & Furious” film to be put on hold.
TMZ reports:
Ludacris was in court Wednesday with his baby mama, Tamika Fuller … who’s demanding Luda pay her $15K a month to take care of his 2-month-old baby daughter, Cai.
But Luda went to court and told the judge … he was counting on “Fast and Furious 7” money to make his payments, and the movie is now on hold so his payday went away.
Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 a month — confessing he only made around $55K for 2013.
The judge split the baby down the middle, ordering Luda to pay 7K a month for now … while hizzoner reviews all the financial docs.
This development comes a couple of weeks after Ludacris’ girlfriend Eudoxie shaded Luda’s new baby mama on Instagram and made it clear she thinks Tamika is nothing more than a gold digger.
Now how is he short on money when he and his pathetic girlfriend stay taking lavish vacations and taking pictures on yachts? Oh please. He should have thought about all of this when he ran up in Tamika raw despite having a “fiancee.”

Real, that’s the game that these men are forced to pay in this system. They have to undervalue themselves so that they can move up to the middle in the end. No kid needs 15K a month but they’s what they would have had him paying had he not undervalued himself. If you want these men to be honest in this system, make the system more honest. As it stands now a corrupt system forces the individuals subject to said system to be corrupt as well.

He did what was necessary to not pay 15K a month. 7 a month is FAR more reasonable and probably what he was willing to pay from the beginning but had he come out of the gate saying that he could pay 7K do you think that the judge and her attorney would have settled for that? NO… they would have wanted 12K. lol!
It irks my nerves how he’s trying to play Tamika when he is the one that wanted to sleep with her without a condom. Eudoxie pay attention because he will dog you next.

He’s acting like he doesn’t care at all about this baby. And that’s the saddest part of all. I really thought he was better than this. So disappointing.

It’s kind of hard to believe he’s struggling with money when he is posting pictures of him hopping off his private jet and taking his girl on expensive trips. Maybe the judge saw his Instagram pictures. Just sayin…
Smh. I hate that they make guys pay so much in child support. Paying that much these women need to be showing receipts or something because I’m pretty sure all of it is not spent on that child. Its just another way for people to torture or to have some kind of connection (even if its only to the bank/wallet)I get Luda shouldn’t have went dipping, but Tamika shouldn’t have let him go dipping.If the man don’t want to be in the child life let the bastard go.. simple & vice verse.

They both had the child. The should both take care of the child. However 15K a month is insanity.
Yea you right. They both made the child and they both should take care of the child, but like if he not trying to be there or not trying to take care of the child then let him be. Don’t throw child support at him to make him be there or to make him take care the child. Thats all I’m saying because if the system didn’t exist what would some of these women do then? Thats whats wrong with some now. They have kids by these guys knowing the situation at hand and some just do it to get checks and its just sad.
Oh I agree. if he’s not interested in the child then that’s that. Let it be. There is culpability on both sides of the aisle though. They both knew that he was in a relationship of some sort. They both should have been protecting themselves.
I don’t understand how you ladies aren’t pissed at the system but are pissed at the man. This is just like the Chris Bosh case. 7K for Luda was probably the figure he wanted anyway… but if the system has its way then he would be paying 15K a month which is unreasonable. An unjust, draconian child support system literally forces men to undervalue themselves because if they don’t they WILL be raped by the system.
So Luda wants to pay $1800 a month when he stepping out of private jets and chilling on yachts with Eudoxie? Child please. He is not broke. Far from it. This is just another situation where the man wants to punish the woman he willingly smashed raw because he has another woman he rather spend money on. Now Tamika doesn’t need $15k a month, but $1800 is a damn joke and makes him look like a terrible father. And he still has not seen that baby yet and she was born last year. He’s a deadbeat dad and loser.
I don’t think that he wants to pay 1,800.00. He isn’t stupid and he has attorneys who aren’t stupid either. What he doesn’t want to do is pay 15K. And I don’t blame him. But in order to not pay 15K he has through throw out a number to begin the negotiations. 7K is a good number in the end and everyone is happy. What’s wrong with that?
Soooo when is he going to actually meet the baby? That’s what I would like to know. The baby was born last year and he is still refusing to see her. Deadbeat!

I would like to know why men view supporting their child as a form of punishment? The child should be afforded the exact same luxuries that he is subject to because THAT IS HIS CHILD!! What it really is, is that he was only trying to dip and not make a baby and is bitter because the mother chose to keep the child! Now, the child will be the one to suffer in all of this! Also for all the people who say she doesn’t deserve 15,000 you’re right….she deserves more!!!! You can’t put a price tag on what mother’s do!!
