J. Cole had big first week in opening sales for his latest studio album “2014 Forest Hills Drive,” selling over 370,000 copies in the first week, and now the rapper can celebrate nabbing his very first platinum album.

J. Cole can now update his discography with this stellar achievement. The Fayetteville native’s junior album 2014 Forest Hills Drive has hit platinum status.
The feature-less project dropped to fanfare in December, and has steadily climbed the charts and broke barriers every week. His previous compilations, Cole World: The Sideline Story and Born Sinner pushed 735,000 and 720,000 units respectively, but his recent musical effort boasts over 1,000,000 copies, which includes streaming tallies as well.

Congrats Cole! Sigh…. I feel like I say this once or twice a month I try to pull for Ciara but she is asking to flop and she needs to fire her team. Who the hell authorized this album cover it screams plain jane and it looks like a advertisement for jeans smh. I also heard she is going on tour and I’m like with what music. I like Ciara I really do but she makes the dumbest decisions regarding her career. I don’t know who is worst her or Ashanti.
Ciara is worse because she’s actually a great performer. She should be out here killing it with Beyoncé and Rihanna.
Drake is probably somewhere salty. Wale too. And did anyone hear Wale’s album yet? Is it worth buying? i’m in the mood to buy some music.

J Cole is really doing well and it’s so deserved. As far as Ciara goes, she’s going to have to go back to the basics if she wants to win again. I hope her next single is fun and she will get back to dancing. That’s her lane.
