Gabrielle Union is Not Here for Stacey Dash

In a new interview while promoting “The Birth of a Nation,” Gabrielle Union pretended not to know who Stacey Dash is and even called the FOX News pundit a “crazy lady.”

When asked her views on Stacey’s controversial comments about the BET Awards and Oscars boycott, she tells reporters:

“Who’s that? Who’s Stacey Dash? Is she like related to Dame Dash? Was she on Roc-A-Fella?

“I heard of a crazy lady once last week, but I don’t know what her name is.

“It’s like why there’s a need for ‘Birth of a Nation.’ It’s like why there’s a need for the County Music Awards. The ALMA Awards. If you don’t see yourself reflected in mainstream awards, you tend to create your own. Until there’s no longer a need for that, I celebrate the ALMAs the same way I celebrate the Country Music Awards…the same way I celebrate the BET Awards and the Image Awards which I will be at in the next two weeks. The more that we focus on inclusion and a true representation of this country, I think that crazy lady will have less to say.”

  1. Ah, so she was trying to pretend like she didn’t know Stacey they same way she pretends that side baby doesn’t exist…I guess.

    1. Sh-t you beat me to it. If anybody got ignoring people on lock, it would have to be Gabby. She’s managed to completely ignore that baby and has no plans to ever acknowledge that child ever. But what she said about Stacey is 100% facts.

  2. I think she answered this intelligently. I don’t think any black person in the business has any respect left for Stacey.
