Tensions flare with Marsau when everyone arrives at the cabin.

Kimmi and Maurice are riding up to Ceddaric’s cabin in Tennessee and they hope the trip will lead to a good time with everyone. It seems Martell and Melody are doing well. They are talking to one another but Melody got sick with pneumonia. Lastly, Latisha and Marsau are heading to the cabin but they aren’t looking forwarding to being bombarded with questions about their strained relationship with the Holts. Eventually, they all arrive and they love the cabin.

The room assignments occur and Melody yells out that she needs her own room. This upsets Martell as they are on the trip with other couples. But Melody stands his ground and he takes a bunk bed. Kimmi and Maurice see Martel taking the room and they suspect likely tension between Martell and Melody. Interestingly enough, Melody has a secret for Martell she’s hoping to deliver to him on the trip.

Latisha and Marsau arrive finally and before going inside, Marsau tells Latisha he’s going to stay strong with the positivity. They arrive and give gifts of “toys.” Melody isn’t interested in any of the gifts. It comes out to the group that Martell has his own room separate from Melody. Latisha and Marsau realize that the Holts will be extra sensitive this weekend.

Later on, the wives are getting their steaks, burgers, and salmon ready for the guys to grill. Their conversation turns to the child that committed suicide in Huntsville after being bullied for his s*xuality. Meanwhile, Cedarric has a game called “Gatlinburg Gladiator.” Cedarric wants the guys to blow off steam but Martell is adamant about doing this. This leads to Cedarric and Martell having a shoving match. This works for Cedarric because he wants Martell to blow off steam anyway.

A shoving match ensues with Cedarric.

Marsau and Maurice make fun of their shoving match. Afterward, Martell and Melody seem to bond, recapping what happened as Martell preps the grill. The guys join him and then they bring up how Martell seems to be too aggressive. But Martell doesn’t open up about it. Luckily, Martell didn’t burn the food and dinner gets off to a good start. They don’t play small talk too much and Cedarric addresses the tension between the Holts and the Scotts. Martell reveals that he didn’t like the conversation about his infidelity. Marsau apologizes to Martell for his behavior and shakes his hand. However, Martell isn’t sure to take the apology as sincere. He also stands behind his cheating accusations.

Next, Melody tells everyone that she didn’t experience infidelity in her marriage until she and Martell began hanging out with the Scott couples. Latisha is surprised Melody said this. When they get to their room, Latisha says Melody signals that she doesn’t want to be around the group anymore.

The next morning, everything is going well. But, things get tense for Maurice after he tells Kimmi he asked his ex to move to Huntsville with their son. She says she doesn’t appear important enough for Maurice to talk to her first. She also says that Kiwuha has ben disrespectful towards her repeatedly. Maurice just wishes the two women could get along. After Kimmi makes it clear she wants some time alone, Maurice obliges. As rain falls on the cabin, Kimmi begins to shed tears. Kimmi believes that Kiwuha still has feelings for Maurice despite being married.

  1. Melody thinks she might be pregnant. I already felt like she wasn’t going to divorce Martell. When u are serious about a divorce, u make it happen. She should have asked him to leave the house. So that he could see what he was about to lose. He ain’t going no where and he will still keep his women on the side.
