Toni’s still angry with Kurupt.

It’s day 3 and Kurupt is searching for a beer. Dr. Ish did advise him to drink beer instead of liquor to begin weening himself off alcohol. Toni feels some type of way about this behavior as she says Kurupt’s only drank since being in the house. Everyone else is eating breakfast. He decided to drink kombucha as he couldn’t find a beer.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ish is planning a task to bring everyone out of their comfort zone. This planning gets cuts short as Kurupt fell ill after drinking the kombucha. Dr. Ish notices Kurupt’s body is showing signs of alcohol poisoning so he has him sent to the hospital. Toni’s scared as she goes with him.

The couples are tested.

Later on, Dr. Ish takes the remaining couples to learn a dance routine. What’s interesting is the dance routine is seeming racy as the choreography includes grinding on one another. The couples are having a good time dancing at first. But then, Dr. Ish decides to split the couples up for the routine. Dr. Ish wants to put them in a compromising behavior to see how they become jealous of one another. De’Von is partnered with Tahiry and Hazel-E tells him he needs to be on his best behavior. Meanwhile, Hazel-E gets to pair with Willie. When they rehearse with their new partners, everyone is keeping their eye on their partners.

Specifically, Dr. Ish and Judge Toler focus on De’Von, Hazel, Shanda, and Willie as they can notice the tension. When the dancing ends, everyone’s vibe is different. Meanwhile, Kurupt left the hospital against the doctor’s advisement. Apparently, he has a fear of needles.

De’Von and Willie clash.

During their lunch, things get tense between De’Von and Willie. Things begin when De’Von overhears Shanda telling Willie that Hazel is being extra during the dance moves. De’Von confronts Shanda about what she said and Willie stands up for Shanda. Hazel comes over and tries to calm De’Von down but Shanda’s still going off at De’Von. Things escalate when Willie gets into De’Von’s face, De’Von pushes Willie to the ground and a scuffle ensues.

Security and Dr. Ish have to break them up and Shanda’s going off on Hazel. Tahiry steps in between them before they get into it. Hazel eventually gets back towards De’Von as he’s throwing things. Shanda tells Dr. Ish that De’Von snuck pushed Willie. Next, Willie’s with the medical team as he suffered some cuts on his hands and forehead.

Eventually, De’Von comes back downstairs, and things are tense. So tense, security stands between them. De’Von explains his side of the story and Willie’s thing is that De’Von shouldn’t be confronting him. Dr. Ish comes into the room and tells De’Von that he was wrong and he will be kicked out if he gets violent again.

Meanwhile, Toni is going off on Kurupt for his drinking. She feels he’s drinking to run away from his problems. Kurupt says she isn’t overreacting to his drinking and wants to be better for his grandchildren.

Dr. Ish and Judge Toler give lectures.

Later on, Dr. Ish and Judge Toler have the couples come together and give them a stern lecture about the lesson they were supposed to confront. Judge Toler’s speech was especially emotional. She spoke about the men she sent to prison and how they couldn’t handle their anger. Afterward, they’re excused for the night to party amongst themselves. Dr. Ish goes to speak to Kurupt and Toni about what happened. Kurupt said that this wouldn’t have happened if they were able to participate.

Downstairs, everyone talks about what’s going on when Hazel says none of this would’ve happened if Shanda wasn’t jealous of her dancing with Willie. This raises the tension between Hazel and Shanda as the episode ends.
