Gizelle Bryant questions what happened to Wendy Osefo’s substance.

Wendy Osefo‘s relationships with Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon will begin to crash and burn on the upcoming episode of “Real Housewives of Potomac.” Gizelle and Robyn both feel like Wendy has changed a lot since her first season on the show. While speaking to Ashley Darby, Gizelle questioned if Wendy’s decision to get work done had anything to do with the cheating rumors about Eddie Osefo.

Well, Robyn and Gizelle will confront Wendy about these perceived changes in front of the others while the group is in Williamsburg.

Gizelle says, “It’s totally not the woman that I met. It is way different from Professor Wendy, Substance Wendy.” In response to this, Wendy says, “We are often put in a box that you cannot be s*xy and have substance.”

Mia Thornton then chimes in, “I don’t know, I think I disagree with that because you would never see Michelle Obama with her boobies out. You will never see Oprah with her boobies out, right, because you say don’t put us in a box. But d*mn, if you’re a professor, you have to embody that.” Wendy strongly disagrees, “No, you do not. That’s a lie. I stand before you as someone who still has multiple degrees, who’s still a professor at one of the highest institutions, who’s still a commentator, who still does all of those things. And that does not take away from any of my accolades.”

Gizelle Bryant doesn’t back down from her opinions.

Wendy then redirects her comments back to Gizelle, “You said Substance Wendy. That’s triggering, especially for a career woman.” Gizelle points out that she feels Wendy was s*xy last year as well, “You were s*xy last year, you were s*xy last year.” And Wendy tells Gizelle that she can’t define her s*xiness, “I define my s*xiness, not you.”

Regardless, Gizelle says that Wendy is definitely different, “I’m saying I can’t put my finger on what’s different with you, with Robyn said, with your personality.”

Wendy goes on to say that the difference is she’s now comfortable with her body and she wasn’t just a few months after giving birth to her daughter. And she believes that this is the case for most women. Robyn asks Wendy if she thinks the work she’s had done on her body has made her more confident or changed her personality. And Wendy answers, “It’s not that it changed me but I can be a professor, a commentator, and I could booty pop and twerk.”

Karen Huger then interjects and takes up for Wendy, “Wendy, don’t defend your choice to do something for yourself. We should be able to do that among this table of girlfriends.” She continues, “I should be able to show my p*bic hair if I wanted to because…and y’all should be like, ‘Yes, Karen! Yes!'”
