Robyn Dixon’s relationship with Juan Dixon is very controversial within the RHOP fan base.
“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Robyn Dixon received a lot of backlash from fans and other cast members for events that occurred while the recent season aired. As we reported, a woman accused Juan Dixon of paying for her hotel room. In response, Robyn addressed the situation on her “Reasonably Shady” podcast with Gizelle Bryant. She confirmed Juan did pay for the hotel room. However, he told her that he only paid because the woman lost her wallet at the hotel’s casino. So he felt sorry for her because they established some type of “friendship” after they met on Instagram. And the woman was allegedly there to see her boyfriend, a Baltimore Ravens player.
Robyn also said she would divulge more on Patreon. She said Juan was only guilty of having inappropriate communication with the woman. But he did not sleep with her. The situation caused them to slow down on their wedding plans. She and Juan didn’t address this on the show because they worked on things before they started filming the season.
When Andy Cohen asked Robyn if she really believed Juan’s version of events, she said she was confident he told her the truth.
Well, the woman responded as well. She did an interview and said a lot more about the situation. She alleged she was not dating a Baltimore Ravens player. And the only reason she was at the hotel was to be with Juan. Regardless, Robyn and Juan moved forward and remarried. Robyn was called out for not bringing any of this up on RHOP.
Ashley Darby discussed the upcoming season and seemingly confirmed Robyn Dixon and Candiace Dillard are not on good terms.
One person who expressed disappointment in Robyn’s actions the most was Candiace Dillard Bassett. Candiace’s marriage was front and center during the latest season. Ashley Darby‘s friend had accused Chris Bassett of trying to hit on her at one of Karen Huger’s events. Gizelle then went on to accuse Chris of making her feel uncomfortable at the previous reunion. And she suspected at one point, he was trying to see if she would be “with it” if he hit on her.
Needless to say, Chris and Candiace were not happy about the accusations. They strongly denied all of them. And Chris really felt like his character was assassinated. Despite this, he said he had no intentions of suing Gizelle. But Candiace is done with her.
Recently, Ashley did an interview about the upcoming season. She told Page Six she was surprised to see certain friendships fall apart while filming.
“This season threw me for a complete loop because the relationships that I thought were so strong, the friendships that I thought really had a foundation, just completely crumbled. And to me it was…it caught me completely off guard because I really believed in the bond that these people shared.”
She may have hinted that Candiace and Robyn are no longer in a good place.

Robyn and Candiace falling was first hinted at by Candiace months ago. Candiace was vocal in interviews and on social media about her disappointment with Robyn’s lack of transparency on RHOP. And this probably didn’t sit well with Robyn.
The upcoming season of “Real Housewives of Potomac” premieres on November 5.

Robyn shouldn’t be mad because Candiace only said the truth. They made Chris everyone’s storyline and slandered him when the whole entire time Gizelle and Robyn should have been talking about what Juan was doing.
Robyn is only loyal to Gizelle and Charrisse.
Robyn is only loyal to Juan! Trust me! As bad as that man has treated her, she would turn against her mother and father or heck, her children.
As pretty as Robyn is, she has very low self-esteem. She wags behind Gizelle who is only using her as a shield so that everyone can’t see all of her mess. Like going back to a Man of God (Devil) who cheated with multiple of women and had outside children. I am really sick of all of this reality. I hope you all’s paychecks are worth the mess because you are building scars. Even Gizelle’s own daughters told her that they didn’t want her to go back to their dad but she did. Surely her beloved father was totally against it and what did she do. May he Rest in Peace!
All of those ladies like the HWOA need psychotherapy. I’m not sure about the price of fame. Is it worth it? Maybe, if you’re building an empire while you have it. I don’t know!
I’m not looking forward to HWOP, Married to Medicine or none of them. Please bring back Dynasty and Knots Landing. Something other than the mess we’re seeing.
Yes, they did try and defame Chris. He should have sued but I think they have specific contract rules.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 you hit every point correctly! I used to enjoy these shows but absolutely none of them gets an hour from me anymore. I was down to RHOP M2M and RHONJ. Can’t anymore! The blogs’ recaps are good enough and if an episode needs to be watched then On Demand or YouTube gonna have to work. People I used to respect on these shows now make me sick and some are just too old to be as dingy as they are. So many beautiful and accomplished women and showing the world how trifling they are.
I love seeing those that are popular leave and don’t come back.
Next but actually before get rid of those online channels that encourages shows like Baddies, etc. Those are the absolute worst 😤

Ashley is glad they are not on Michael. With Michael being gone Robyn and Giselle will not have much cover to hide behind. Candice and Chris are not going to go down with out a fight.
Robyn can pass for White. It bothers me that aligns herself with Other racially ambiguous women. While talking crap about darker women.
