The other day it was confirmed that Benzino’s fiancée Althea Hart filed a lawsuit against Joseline for physically assaulting her during filming for the reunion, and Althea even claimed in the paperwork filed that Joseline was high on crack when she attacked.
Interestingly enough, Stevie J is clapping back at the suit, and he claims he and Joseline plan to file a lawsuit of their own.
TMZ reports:
Stevie claims his co-star, Althea Eaton, made up the story about Joseline smoking crack c*caine before attacking her last month at the reunion show. Althea is suing Joseline for assaulting her.
Stevie tells TMZ … the suit is BS because Althea and her husband, Benzino started the fight by talking crap in the first place. He claims Althea’s lawsuit is a smokescreen … to hide the fact Benzino slugged Joseline during the tussle.
Stevie says he and Joseline have lawyered up … and plan to countersue because “no grown man should hit a woman.”
Benzino is claiming he hit Joseline out of self-defense because she initiated the physical confrontation.
But none of them will sue Mona tho, the real culprit.
Mona isn’t holding a gun to anyone’s head and forcing them to be ratchet. That’s all on them.

Let’s not blame Mona for the decisions adults are making.
I’m just kind of confused why everyone is trying to file lawsuits now like they had no idea what they signed up for. This show has always been violent.

Really though? They should be a law against people filing BS lawsuits. Stevie and Joseline initiated that altercation, and No-neck defended himself. Jose’s man-hands slugged him first. It was straight up self defense.

All these lawsuits are going to cause people to get fired. Lawsuits make it hard for people to film together. Why do you think Kenya never sued Porsha for that dragging? I can see Mona firing Benzino and Althea and keeping her two cash cows Stevie and Joseline.

Stevie and Joseline don’t have a case because there’s footage showing them starting the fight. But I do wish Benzino would stop acting like him and Althea aren’t just as messy.
